Description
The Cottage "Downmill", is located in El Bosque (Cdiz) - Sierra de Grazalema - is located within a private plot of 5000 m2 (this area is composed of a small grove and land near a stream, with views to the mountains El Bosque).
The house is registered in rural tourism as such, is completely new and was completely restored retaining the rural aspect of the original farmhouse of the region (wood beams, rustic decor ..) but with the comforts of home today.
The house is located on a private estate at the beginning of town, but not isolated from the house, you can easily walk to the centre of town (less than 5 minutes)
It is located near an old flour mill, and its environment consists of water sources that go to the old mill, a small garden and a small olive grove that is behind the house.
Front of the house we see the light of the Serrania del Bosque, which belongs to the Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema.
The house offers:
2 large bedrooms each with 2 beds (4 single beds of 90cm) and a double sofa bed in the lounge which is completely new and very comfortable. A bathroom with shower (Everything is brand new)
The house has an outside patio of rustic stone slabs (+ 30m2) with table and chairs, and a barbecue
A lounge with fireplace, sofa bed (2 places), a dining table and TV 32-inch hard drive suitable for DVD (supports AVI format, and the usual .. mpge4 Internet movie)
The Kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee ... and other kitchen tools
Our house has air conditioning (heat pump) and radiant heating.
