Description
The accomodation at Olde Barn Gardens Dawlish Holiday Cottage is for six adults. It three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is ensuite with shower, wash hand basin, and toilet, fitted bespoke oak wardrobes, cupboards, TV, with its own balcony where you can take in the stunning views of Haldon Forest. The second bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets, and a TV. The third bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside cabinets. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, wash-hand basin, and toilet.
On the ground floor there is a lovely modern kitchen housing all the usual equipment including a dish washer. Leading on to the conservatory over looking the secluded garden, with BBQ, and covered dining area known as The Love Shack.
A lovely lounge with sitting for six adults, TV, DVD player and free wifi connection, and coffee table. The dining room has an extending dining table with six dining chairs, and a cocktail cabinet. Also on the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet, with garden furniture for those lazy afternoons.
All baby equipment is provided free of charge. We have off-road parking for up to three cars. The cottage comes ready with all beds made up on arrival, and a welcome pack of Linda's homemade cake, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, and a bowl of fruit.
We hope we can welcome you to our holiday cottage with it's stunning hanging baskets and pretty cottage garden in the near future.

Location description
Dawish is well blessed with two beautiful golden sandy beaches, a bird santuary on the banks of the River Exe, yet close to city of Exeter,with all its historical interest, Within three miles of the Earl of Devon beautiful home Powderham Castle and deer park, which is open to the public. Heading further west on into Torquay and beyond. Then heading in land we are just 40 minutes drive from the beautiful Dartmoor National Park.
