Description
Swallows Nest is a beautifully presented Cornish cottage stylishly transformed from a rugged stone farm building to create a homely rural escape in the rural hamlet of Canworthy Water, yet only a few minutes drive from stunning beaches and coastal walks, or bustling little coastal towns of Tintagel, Camelford and Bude.
Rooms are crisp, bright and uncluttered to create a charming country elegance. The front door opens to a wood-floored living area with chunky pine beams and French windows leading out to an enclosed garden with terrace offering a BBQ and dining furniture for dinners under the stars.
The hand crafted kitchen units and worktops house an pleasing range of facilities to suit chefs of all levels. These include an electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher. Appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker together with a full range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, iron and board.
Swallow’s Nest accommodates 2-6 guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms comprising 1 double and one twin which, much to children's delight, comprises a set of adult-sized bunk beds, together with a sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have en suite bathroom facilities.
