Description
Set in the grounds of our farm are our 3 lovely barn conversions and Spa including hot tub and sauna. We are in a beautiful rural setting with stunning views, just 5 miles from the breathtaking Cornish coast.
In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on the patio area and relax in the large gardens with privacy. Garden furniture, picnic tables, and garden games are provided.
Each Cottage has a coal burner, so cosy for those chilly evenings after a walk along the beach or along the footpaths on and around our farm. A selection of books and games are available.
All our properties have their own spring water supply, which is regularly tested and is excellent to drink. There are shops and a pub two miles away.
Goose Cottage
Luxurious, light and airy Goose Cottage is where contemporary meets traditional. A hay-barn converted to the highest standard to maximise its charm and comfort - the stunning downstairs bathroom has a fabulous chromotherapy walk-in rainfall shower - admire the wonderful Ash staircase with glass risers, a credit to the local craftsmen who created it. You will fall in love with the large lounge which has a romantic coal burning stove and wonderfully cosy armchairs.
There are two good sized vaulted bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. The kitchen/diner has sliding doors leading to a patio which is set in a large enclosed garden - all the equipment you would expect in a kitchen of this quality - cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Owl Cottage
Immaculate Owl Cottage has stunning views with spacious and well-equipped accommodation. The Cottage has welcoming soft furnishings in delicate colours and offers a relaxing atmosphere with its exposed beams and interesting upside-down arrangement.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. 1 double and 1 twin. Lovely bathroom with separate shower, basin and wc. Upstairs offers a wonderful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with coal burner, cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, Freeview and DVD.
Dove Cottage
Presented to a high standard with excellent views, Dove Cottage offers one double bedroom on the ground floor, together with contemporary bathroom with separate shower, wc and basin. Dove Cottage is simply and stylishly decorated, with designer fabrics and comfortable seating.
The kitchen/diner is well equipped and has a cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Upstairs offers a beautiful lounge with coal burner, TV, Freeview and DVD.

Location description
Enjoy the varied coastline which offers breathtaking cliff top walks, sheltered coves to explore, long sandy surfing beaches and traditional fishing villages such as Ports Isaac and Gaverne. Particularly excellent surfing beaches at Polzeath and Trebarwith.
There are attractions to suit all tastes which include King Arthur's Castle and Merlin's Cave at Tintagel, the Eden Project, Boscastle, Newquay Sea Life Centre and cosmopolitan Padstow, Watergate Bay and Rock.
Bodmin Moor is just 5 minutes away with Brown Willy and Roughtor being a great attraction for walkers and riders alike.
The local Camel Trail is close by and you can hire bikes from Wadebridge. Golf, Fishing and horse riding are all available locally. Rock offers fabulous sailing opportunities.
