On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there are plenty of walks and bike rides to explore.
There's a brick store for bikes and tack for horses.
The Butcher's Arms Pub is within walking distance.
Available for people to bring there own horses.
Access is up a track that runs through a cow field.
An cosy and warm Aga heats the whole cottage with additional radiators for additional cosiness. Aga fuel is provided. Perfect for getting away from city life and unwinding.
Plenty of space to explore with 4 acres in total of which approx 2 acres is woodland and the other 2 left natural for the wildlife to inhabit.
There is a garden area with a picnic table to sit outside.
Lovely and peaceful setting.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
Either relax in the garden or go on beautiful country walks.
