Sailors' Haunt is a quaint cottage and has uninterrupted sea views across the harbour and towards Torbay from all its windows on the quayside and especially its sunny galleried balcony.
This charming cottage, which sleeps up to four suitable for couples or a small family is situated in King Street in a level position and easy walking distance to the main street, shops, restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the marina, breakwater and beach.
The property is just 4 metres away from the waters edge of the inner harbour quay and has its own private parking bay just a few minutes walk away in view of the cottage.
Many of our clients return year after year so it is advisable to book early if you require a preferred date. The property is privately owned and managed and therefore we can offer very competitive rates.
Booking fees are chargeable on many holiday sites that this cottage is advertised on except this ONE IF BOOKED DIRECT WITH THE OWNERS .
Saturday is the only change-over day offered during the summer
season.
Sorry NO PETS they will have to stay at home as the cottage is not suitable for them and not allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed within the cottage.

Public Transport Directions
From Paignton Railway Station cross over to the Bus Station opposite and ask for Brixham town centre their are regular services to Brixham. On leaving the bus you can either walk the short distance about 5 minutes to King Street or hire a taxi.
Road Directions
M5 passing Exeter. A380 to Torbay and Paignton.
Through Newton Abbot turn right at the roundabout to take the Torquay Ring Road and follow signs to Brixham.
At the Brixham approach traffic lights bear left towards the Harbour, at next main junction lights turn left go to the junction at the harbour, turn right passing the William of Orange statue on your left continuing into King Street.

Keys available on site so you can arrive at the cottage any time after 3pm on your arrival/start date.
Bookings/ changeover days now start on a Saturday to Saturday
Short breaks (min 3 nights) or (4 nights) are available from 2nd November 2022 to March 3rd 2023.
