Set on our farm near Beverley in East Yorkshire with 4 other cottages the Barn House is a stunning 4 star Gold Award 4 bedroom cottage. This cottage can be interlinked to the adjacent 2 bedroom cottage to give a 6 bedroom unit.
The Barn House Holiday Cottage, Yorkshire
A lovely 4 bedroom self catering holiday cottage with two downstairs bedrooms, well suited for those with limited mobility. The cottage has underfloor heating thoughout with natural stone and oak flooring. This cottage can also be let as a three or two bedroom unit on late availability.
There is a delightful sitting room with beamed ceiling, comfortable seating and wifi internet. Off the living area is a large kitchen with separate dining area.
There are two ground floor bedrooms and a wet room. The bedrooms include 1 super king room which can also be configured as a twin bedded room & 1 small twin room. This downstairs bedroom wing has vaulted & beamed ceilings.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a king sized master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin with zip & link beds which can be configured as an extra king or twin beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Outside there is a large private patio & garden area with garden furniture.
Whilst not specifically designed for disabled access this cottage has many features that will suit those with limited mobility. There are two downstairs bedrooms, ground floor wetroom, 2' 9" wide doorways, hard paving from the parking area to the cottage. We do have a full access statement to download as a pdf from the footer menu on our website.
This cottage provides very flexible accommodation, you can book the ground floor (2 bedrooms) for smaller parties (late availability only) and it can be connected to the adjacent Foldyard Cottage for larger parties of up to 12. The two cottages connect via two doors in the kitchen of each cottage, when not open these doors are securely locked (we hold the keys) and extra insulation is placed between to two doors. This ensures your privacy, security and peace and quiet!
