Description
Old School House stands in a large mature garden, with stunning views over the Axe Valley & to the front & side is open countryside. The property is accessed from a gated drive & provides parking for at least three cars. To the front of the house is a large gravelled area, with cast iron patio furniture, which is ideal for out door dinning & barbeques or just to sit & enjoy the views.
The house has two large bedrooms, one with a four poster bed. The third bedroom is accessed off the main bedroom & so is ideal for young children.
The house will sleep four adults, plus two children & one infant in the cot provided . The house benefits from a separate WC & a large bathroom with a cast iron roll top bath, both of these are on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven & hob, microwave & washing machine. A freezer is also provided. The dining room has flag stone flooring & an open fireplace. The lounge has wooden flooring and also has a non working open fireplace. Both these rooms, have internal window shutters. There is a large flat screen colour TV, a DVD player, a freeview decoder & Hi Fi in the lounge.
Old School House is located a couple of miles out side of Axminster, in the small Parish of Woodbury. Axminster & the surrounding area is blessed with stunning country & coastal scenery, providing a wealth of places to visit & things to do. Axminster is located in East Devon an area of outstanding natural beauty & provides a wealth of outdoor activities as well as being a good location for exploring the rest of the West Country. Axminster town centre is a couple of miles away, it has two supermarkets, a variety of interesting shops. East Devon is a wonderful area to visit in itself, but also an ideal location for exploring the rest of the West Country, with its amazing, beautiful & diverse scenery. With a little research or just exploring, you will discover your own West Country Gems.

Location description
Axminster is located in East Devon as an area of outstanding natural beauty & provides a wealth of outdoor activities as well as being a good location for exploring the rest of the West Country. Axminster town centre is a couple of kilometers away, it has two supermarkets &, a variety of interesting shops. Old School House, is ideally situated for the Jurassic Coast a world heritage site, as well as the wonderful East Dorset, coast town of Lyme Regis.
