A two storey spacious cottage. On the ground floor is the large separate sitting room, on the first floor, there is a kitchen / dining area with doors out to the courtyard garden. There are two bedrooms, a double with ensuite bathroom, and a twin (can be converted in to a double) with ensuite shower room.
TV / DVD. Fridge – Freezer. Microwave. Dishwasher. Washing Machine / Tumble dryer.
All energy costs including oil-fired central heating and hot water included in price. Changeover nominally Friday (other days by prior arrangement).
