Description
Our condo is beachside (no road) which means you can step out straight onto the white, sandy beach. Located on the second floor, the condo directly overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico (not the swimming pool). From the balcony enjoy the 180 degrees panoramic view of the beach where you can sip a cocktail while watching the spectacular sunsets or simply relax and see the dolphins and manatees swim by. The heated pool is beachside along with jaccuzzi and sauna. There are landscaped gardens, a lift and private covered parking. The condo has been recently updated, with modern appliances and a utility room with washer and dryer. We holiday here twice a year and have furnished the condo to a very good standard with comfortable furnishings and beach theme.

Location description
Having travelled extensively, we found Anna Maria Island 20 years ago and are still going back today, it being our favourite place and now our childrens too! Located on the beautiful sandy beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast, Anna Maria Island epitomises traditional Florida. Its buildings are no higher than 2 floors, meaning the beaches are never full! There are no fast food restaurants on the Island although there are plenty of eating places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Walk along one of three piers on the Island, relax with a cocktail while watching people fishing or see dolphins and manatees swimming by. A stroll to historic Bridge Street with its pier and boutique shops is not to be missed.

Directions
From Sarasota/Bradenton Airport: Take US41 North towards Bradenton. Turn left on Cortez RT684 and travel West approx. 13 miles to Anna Maia Island.
From Tampa Airport: Take I-275 South towards St Petersburg, travelling across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to I-75. Approx. 35 miles bear right onto US19 (exit 5) and go South towards Bradenton/Palmetto. Continue South approx. 4 miles merging onto BUS41 South-Palmetto over the Green Bridge to Bradenton. Turn right onto SR64, which is also Manatee Avenue and travel approx. 10.5 miles to Anna Maria Island.
From Orlando Airport: Travel West on I-4 towards Tampa. Take I-75 South to Exit 220 or SR64, which is also Manatee Avenue. Continue West about 17 miles to Anna Maria Island.
