    Discover our completely renewed chalet where wood surrounds you from head to toe insuring a restful and comfortable atmosphere. We have reorganized this chalet so it feels like a real home instead of just a rented chalet. Every corner of the house has been redesigned and carefully thought out to offer a maximum amount of space in cosy surroundings. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed for a successful stay!

    GROUND FLOOR

    Kitchen/Living/Dining room
    The ground floor consists of a living room and a dining room of 55 m2 with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc, a powerful Finnish stone chimney will provide you with permanent heating. The wood for the fireplace is supplied.
    The house is also equipped with a wifi access

    The kitchen will seduce even the fussiest of chefs, it is fully equipped with SMEG kitchen appliances (please treat carefully) including an induction cooker, a king size oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a robot mixer, a coffee machine, a toaster and numerous other accessories allowing you to vary your menus, such as the fondue and raclette sets

    Ground floor Bedroom 1
    15 m2 with a 160 cm double size bed and independent bathroom with a spacious Italian style shower with comfortable access and accessories for people with restrained mobility: a seat and stabilizing bar in the shower.
    The room is west-orientated.

    UPSTAIRS

    Living Room
    A big comfortable sofa in the corner of the room is just waiting for you to relax on and make the most of the soft cushions and your time spent in this lovely room facing Mont-Blanc.
    You will be able to choose from our giant bookshelf where there are more than 300 books at your disposal whilst enjoying the sight of the gentle flames of our stove.
    You will also be able to share special moments with your children and friends playing one of the numerous games at your disposal, or else watch a film on the 127cm flat-screen television using the DVD player.
    This room, flooded with light even in winter, will allow friends and families to get together and share special moments which will become some of your best memories.
    Dont bother weighing yourself down with luggage, you will find everything you need to have a great time!

    Bedroom 2
    15 m2 west-facing bedroom (with a vue onto Le Prarion) with a 160 cm double bed and independent bathroom with its own modern bath. The sink was crafted in wood. This bedroom is very pleasant with its wooden antique furniture.

    Bedroom 3
    25 m2 big bedroom facing northwest with a vue onto Le Brvent containing :

    2* 90cm single beds placed side by side (they can be used either separately or brought together to form a double bed)
    2 bunk beds. An independent bathroom with a spacious Italian-style shower.

    Bedroom 4
    20 m2 family sized bedroom south facing with a view onto Mont-Blanc containing :
    1 160 cm double bed+ 1 cot+ 1 independent bathroom with its crafted wooden sink sculpted from a trunk. A small room for kids with 2 bunkbeds.
    1 independent toilet.

    Welcome to all Babies !
    You will find a cot (60*120), 1 changing table, 1 high chair, 1 pottie, plastic plates, feeding bottles, a barrier for the stairs and a rucksack for carrying babies. Our children have now grown up and will be happy to know you can use it!

    storing space for skiing equipment with a machine for drying ski boots.
    Parking space for 2 cars.

    Location description

    We are located in Chamonix Mont Blanc, in the district of Les Bossons, 500 m from the lake and the crag of Les Gaillands.

    Our chalet is on 228 route Napoleon, a quiet lane reserved for walkers and bikes. The situation of the chalet is very quiet, you will benefit from a great view of the Mont Blanc mountain range, the very sunny house the winter.

    Close by:
    The post office of Les Bossons is 100 m away, as for the train station and the bus and shuttle stop, they are only 150 m away.
    The chalet is 1 km away from Chamonix town center. A car is not compulsory as the bus and the train are free with the carte dhte which is available at the tourist office.
