Deposit/Booking Notes
The price is for 2 persons, extra bed 20€ per person*.
Not included: tourist tax + 3,13 € (+18 adults) and + 1,56 (+7-18 ).
The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For stays under 3 nights will be calculated on 20% more on the invoice. The minimum stay during high season is 7 nights.
Reservations will be confirmed with 30% advance deposit or full payment of the rental charge.Attention! Until then reservation period will be free for the others interested.
The payment of the remaining balance must be made within four weeks before your arrival.For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the customer must pay the full amount of reservation.
During the winter season we charge 15€ per heating daily
