Description
Hi our two cosy log cabins are imported from finland and are well insulated, so a summer or winter holiday you will be comfy and warm, both cabins are well equipped with all you will need on your holiday. A weeks let in cabins 1 & 2 includes bedding and towels, so less for you to pack, we also have a travel cot and high chair if you need one.
The cabins are set in 1.5 acres of land. There is off street parking, out side seating and a bbq at each cabin. The cabins are set 50 meters apart and are separated by trees so both are private. We have a sauna cabin between cabins 1 and 2 that can be added to either cabin subject to availability for 30
Cabin 1 sleeps up to 4 people. 1 double room and 1 twin room. there is a bath with shower, toilet and wash hand basin in the bath room, in the kitchen there is all pots and pans plates tea towels etc oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron and board, dining table and chairs. Out side there is now a hot tub included for sole use of cabin 1. A log heated sauna can be added subject to availability.
Cabin 2 sleeps 4 as 1 double room 1 twin and in the bath room there is a shower (not a bath) toilet and basin the kitchen as cabin 1. No hot tub at this cabin but the sauna can be hired subject to availability.
Camping cabin sleeps 2 people, is a back to basic cabin with a sofa bed, log burner and sauna for bathing it has no electricity. some camping equipment included. out side is a fire pit sauna and composting toilet. Sleeping bags can be hired along with towels and camping stove. Camping cabin can be hired on a nightly basis.
The Pod and the Ark New this year our Pod sleeps two people on 2 futons. has electric shower wc and wash hand basin in your own en-suit. Tea and coffee making facilities and out side table and chairs and BBQ. the pod can be hired on a nightly basic and sleeping bags along with camping equipment can be hired.

Location description
There are many wounderful views to see on mull and many miles of coast line and a variety of wild life including the white tailed sea eagle. there is Tobermory with the brightly painted houses and Fionnphort where you can go to iona for the day. Here in Salen we are central on the island so ideal for seeing the whole island.Icould go on and on but better you come and see it for your self.
Other activities
There are boat trips to see the whales, dolphins ,popoise, seals fishing trips or just to sight see and relax.

there are food and music festivals and galas in the summer

The isle of Mull is off the west coast of Scotland the ferry that serves the island is cal mac there web page is www.calmac.co.uk there are ferrys from oban,lochaline and Kilchoan. there are busses and trains to Oban from Glasgow
