Description
Located in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region of France (formerly Poitou-Charentes), our English owned campsite is officially in the 2nd sunniest region of France.
Our campsite is the dream and reality of myself Robert and my wife Amanda to offer our guests beautiful surroundings and a warm family atmosphere.
With only 20 pitches we offer a more personal approach than the “factory camping” of larger campsites.
Sitting on a raised deck, our Safari tent has everything you need for a true glamping experience.
An ideal choice for those that love that camping feel but with added comfort.
We are only a short walk from the town of Bressuire that has numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
We are only a short drive from many places of interest such as Le Puy du Fou, Le Marais Poitevin (green Venice) and the Japanese gardens of Maulevrier.
Around an hour from the campsite there is Futuroscope and the Loire valley towns of Saumur and Chinon, the vineyards of Anjou and Muscadet and the Vendee coastal towns of La Rochelle and Les Sables d’Olonne.

Location description
One kilometre from the vibrant medeval town of Bressuire with 45 minutes of many attractions such as Le Puy du Fou, Le Marais Poitevin and the chateaux of the Loire valley.
Local events
Each year in June the town hosts the european championships of the Highland Games.
Each year in June is the "Grand Prix Historique" where vintage cars race through the streets.
