    Description

    Sandpiper is a delightful detached bungalow, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small peaceful seaside hamlet of Trusthorpe – midway between Sutton-On-Sea and Mablethorpe – and only a few moments walk to the long, sandy dog-friendly beach and promenade. Sandpiper has ample off-road parking for two cars in the drive.

    Our holiday home offers two large, stylish double bedrooms – one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, plus a personal safe, and the other with full size single beds. Both bedrooms have brand-new comfortable beds with quality bed linen, and comfy pillows, as well as plenty of storage space, hair dryers, smartphone chargers/alarm clock, USB sockets, etc. Our sparkling, fully-tiled family bathroom is adjacent to the twin room, with bath, shower over, handbasin and WC.

    The large, modern kitchen-diner is extremely well-equipped with brand new integrated appliances and accessories and has everything you need to cook a great meal, and includes an electric hob and new electric double oven, large fridge/freezer, air-fryer, microwave oven, filter coffee machine and coffee bean grinder, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A door from the kitchen leads into our conservatory, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable alternative eating and relaxing area, looking out onto our pretty private garden.

    Move through into our cosy lounge with a two comfy leather recliners and sofa, feature gas fire place, and a 55” Samsung Smart TV with DVD player. Complimentary ultra-fast free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

    Through french windows, the lounge leads onto a private terrace with bistro table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst planning the day’s adventures. There are sun loungers and beach towels available.

    Trusthorpe, a small, peaceful seaside hamlet on the Lincolnshire coast, is the ideal base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Chapel St. Leonards and Sutton-on-Sea, with attractions nearby. The traditional larger seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe are a short drive away with lots to keep the family entertained, and which provide an array of shops, cafes, fun fairs & amusements, restaurants and pubs to enjoy.
    Trusthorpe also offers the perfect base from which to explore the nearby characterful little market towns of Louth, Alford, Horncastle and Spilsby, with so much to offer the interested traveller. Or to play the wonderful golf courses the county has to offer.
