Villa Lillos is a luxury vacation rental villa with a tourist license - it has limited availability 2022 it is a new modern 3 bedroom/3 bathvilla with private parking heated swimming pool air conditioning and fans sleeps 9 with using the sofa bed + extra bed in bed 2..
The villa has great mountain and sea views lots of loungers and seating full internet tv service plus English tv on wide screen tv plus Alexa and sonos music systems.
Great interior BBQ and Gas BBQ too - washing machine dish washer and fully fitted kitchen open plan through to the huge lounge and equally large conservatory with dining table + BBQ.

A little out of town but great sea and mountain views car not essential but advised - to taxi into the main town is just 5 euro from the villa for evening dining - also a taxi to take 7 persons can be booked for 5 euro.

The villa is new to this holiday site as it is a recent purchase so no reviews yet- but if you google Sue Yates Villas you can see that we have been letting for many many years with 75 5 star reviews for our other villa- which is also featured on the web site - Villa Victoria

Deposit/Booking Notes
To Book Villa Lillos the deposit is 500 per week + 1.5% credit card charge = 7-50- the remainder is due 8 wks prior to arrival-
There is a 300 retainer taken which is returned the day after departure - conditions supplied
The price includes a welcome pack of wine/water/juice/milk/tea/coffee/biscuits and also free air con with cool and heat + free pool heating with a heat pump + solar + solar cover to give a min 28 degree's throughout the year plus heating to exterior hot tub
We need all ages before quoting as we do not accept young single groups- families or over 30years couple- Villa Lillos is an ideal honeymoon venue- we have staff that offer a supermarket run for a small charge and taxis are no problem- car hire arranged too for you !
