    The Cliff tops are only 2 minutes walk away with the famous Ship Inn and a takeaway coffee shop on the way. Amazing views, walking and cycling awaits you alternatively catch the cliff top train to Bridlington for award winning fish and chips overlooking the harbour!

    Park View sleeps 4 people, bedroom 1 has a king size bed with Hypnos mattress and ample space for a travel cot . Our second bedroom has 2 singles beds which can also be linked and zipped to create a luxurious king size bed.

    Location description

    To the East of Park View Cottage is Sewerby Hall and Gardens and slightly further afield is the Links Golf Club and Flamborough Head.

    Flamborough Head is famous (especially to Americans) for the 'Battle of Flamborough Head' - fought on the 23 September 1779 between the Royal Navy and the American Continental Navy commanded by John Paul Jones (who was actually Scottish and the ships were actually French) during the American War of Independance.

    Sewerby is also surrounded by an endearing coast line, most notably the award winning sandy beaches of Bridlington and the white chalk cliffs of Bempton, which host hundreds of thousands of gannets, Puffins, Guillemots, Razorbills, Fulmars, Kittiwakes, Herring Gulls and Shags.

    Further afield is the historic city of York with it's quaint cobbled streets, Scarborough with it's old English charm and Whitby with it's famous Fish Restaurants and Abbey.
