    Fully Fitted Kitchen - Newly refurbished very well equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, integrated fan oven, combination microwave, washer/dryer and an integrated fridge with freezer compartment

    Double Bedroom - A cosy room with a double bed, pine bedroom furniture, bedside lighting, wall mounted thermostatically controlled electric convector heater with timer.

    Bathroom - Fully tiled redesigned bathroom which benefits from a new modern suite with P-shaped bath (safety hand rail) and a good quality electric shower over plus shower taps for use when bathing, a vanity unit, WC, electric towel rail and electric shaver point.

    **In addition there is a single internal bedroom with a 3 foot single bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers. Velux window. This room is available upon request for a third guest for which a small supplement applies. 25 per week

    Outside:
    South west facing open aspect garden which catches the sun all day. The garden is enclosed with a lawned area so it is safe and secure for dogs. The patio is a sheltered sun trap which has garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining. There are also line drying facilities.

    Location description

    The village of Beadnell is located on the North Northumberland coastline, about 2 miles south of Seahouses, 13 miles north of Alnwick and 5 miles south of Bamburgh. The area is well known for its sandy beaches, water sports, castles, golf courses, picturesque scenery and coastal wild life.It is a peaceful village but benefits from a couple of good pubs and a cafe/bistro, who serve excellent food . There is a fish and chip shop (seasonal) and general store/newsagents. There is a lovely playground. The village provides an ideal central point from which to discover this fascinating area
