    Description

    Dolphin View Cottage in Ardersier is ideal for a relaxing holiday and offers the best of the North East of Scotland's coast and countryside. Located on the Inner Moray Firth coastline it has lovely sea views towards Chanonry Point, Fort George and the Black Isle.

    Located in a village with a good selection of food shops and cafes and local amenities.

    The cottage is well insulated, easy to heat with electric heating and is ideally suited to a couple with pets looking for a peaceful getaway at an affordable price. The garden is fully enclosed with a high 6' wooden fence at rear and private parking is available within the front drive which is gated.

    Well appointed with lounge and dining area within the bay window. The kitchen has cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave and other domestic appliances for your use. The lounge has a freeview TV, DVD player, and a selection of games and books. The bedroom with double bed (linen included), and has views over the bay. The bathroom has a full bath with electric shower over the bath WC and basin. Towels are provided. The cottage has free WIFI. There is also a tumble dryer

    An IKEA single folding guest bed is available for an additional guest. Linen is provided for the additional bed.

    Heating is electric radiators and eco wall panel heaters. There is no additional charges for electricity or coin meters.

    A hospitality pack is provided to get you started.

    Dog owners will find dog bowls and towels provided for their use whilst staying also a doggie hospitality pack containing a toy and poo bags.

    Ardersier has a pub, hotel, shops, restaurant, cafe and organic dairy with tearoom. It also has a doctors surgery and pharmacy. It is also in close proximity to a number of great visitor attractions, Fort George is within walking distance, Ardersier Common is great for walking the dogs, golf clubs, whisky trails, Castles and much more.

    For water sports enthusiasts Ardersier has a small slipway into the sheltered bay. Steps opposite the cottage are ideal to launch a canoe. Kite surfers are often seen in the bay near Fort George.

    Many guests return to Dolphin View Cottage year after year to experience the wonderful sunsets, friendly local community and sea views.
