    Description

    Holiday Inn B&B, offers spectacular bed and breakfast accommodation within walking distance of the shopping mall.

    The house offers six en-suite bedrooms with double beds that sleep a maximum of two guests each. All bedrooms have air conditioning to keep things comfortable on hot summer nights and for the winter nights there's a log fireplace to add heat and ambiance to the living area.

    The house is furnished with comfortable low maintenance wood and leather furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, children's plates, bowls, cups, crockery, cutlery and pots. Theres a microwave, stove, oven with separate grill, Bosch dishwasher, slow cooker, rice cooker and blender. The dining table seats eight guests.

    In the living area there is a fire place, a TV with large plasma, a media player with USB, DVD and disc ports and an iPhone/iPod dock. There are large leather sofas, a coffee table with magazines and a pool table for your enjoyment.

    Sliding doors lead to the deck that has outdoor seating with cushions provided, two sun lounges with cushions and towels provided, outdoor dining, a gas barbeque and outdoor shower with warm water to wash while enjoying the views.

    A large lawned garden behind the house is a large parking area that can accommodate up to ten cars. Access is convenient with no stairs into the house and the ability to park within 3 metres of the front door.Also there is a Free Spa area within the property opening from 8am to 7pm everyday for our guest.

    Holiday Inn B&B is a great house from which to enjoy all what Victoria has to offer in all seasons. The house is 260m from the Belmont Park. The Pier, while a number of shops, great coffee and grocery supplies are within walking distance. There's also a short cut walking path down the hill.
