    Our luxuriously appointed farmhouse b&b is re-opening July 2015 after an 18 month closure for major refurbishment & enhancement. Barms Farm will be offering two well equipped en-suite double rooms with 5ft wide beds adorned in quality linen, flat screen TV, hospitality tray, ceiling fans & high quality furnishings. Both the pristine en-suite bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch double ended baths, Kudos corner shower cubicles, underfloor heating, luxurious soft White Co Towels, Christie bath robes & complimentary toiletries.
    Guests have access to a comfortable, spacious, designated lounge where information on the Peak District and local eateries is available. We have free wifi & internet hook ups in both bedrooms and the guest lounge.
    A choice of freshly cooked breakfasts are served in the dining room using local produce where possible. Freshly laid eggs are supplied from our own hens.
    The guest accommodation is accessed via its own entrance, hallway and stairs which affords privacy to all parties.
    Situated a good mile from Buxton town centre with scenic open views, landscaped gardens with fish pond & ample illuminated private parking, you can be assured of comfort, space and genuine hospitality during your stay at Barms Farm. We have been offering highly graded quality accommodation for over 20 years and prior to the refurbishment the b&b was graded ETB five star.

    We also have a luxury cottage Audreys at Barms Farm which sleeps 4 adults within two double en-suite rooms for guests who prefer the self catering option.
