Car is not needed to reach Florence (thirty-five minutes by bus) or other nearby towns thanks to a frequent bus service.
San Casciano in Val di Pesa centre is within walking distance so you can go eating in one of the village restaurants or shopping without taking the car.

Location description
The village has got many shops, restaurants and attractions. Florence historic centre is just 16 Km away, you can get a bus and be there in 30 minutes.
The house is set on a hill, with dominant position over the Chianti landscape.
Local events
Many events are programmed in the village through all the year. A market takes place every Monday at 500 metres from the cottage.
Tourist attractions
Chianti villages, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and all the cultural activities Tuscany offers.
Directions
Car is not required. Bus stop 650 metres.
If you come by car, you have to follow direction to San Casciano in Val di Pesa. The house is part of a property just outside the centre. All the necessary route details will be given at booking.
