    Description

    A ground floor, two bedroom, apartment equipped to a high standard and located a two minute walk from the beach in the beautiful seaside village of Woolacombe, North Devon.

    The apartment sleeps four and consists of one double bedroom, one twin room, lounge/dinning room, bathroom and large well equipped kitchen. There are also two south facing balconies with sea views, one suitable for two people and one that comfortably sits four. Furnished to a high standard with WiFi available throughout the apartment.

    Additionally, there is also the benefit of an off-road dedicated parking space for one car and access to a separate storage facility suitable for bicycles, golf equipment, surf boards (max 10 ft) and hanging for wet suits. A travel cot and high chair are provided - please bring your own bedding for the cot.

    With prior arrangement we will accept a dog except during July and August. There is an additional charge of 15 if you want to bring your dog and this is to cover additional cleaning costs.

    Location description

    Woolacombe is an excellent destination for a holiday. The main beach is about three miles long and offers fantastic surf conditions and safe bathing for all. Barricane beach (to the right of the main beach) is a lovely small shell beach. Surf lessons and equipment hire are widely available. There are a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants within the village and most welcome children. Shops cater for all and you will probably find they cater for all of your holiday needs.

    Deposit/Booking Notes

    Payments are by bank transfer or card payment - 100 deposit secures your booking, remaining balance and 100 security deposit due eight weeks before your holiday. Security deposit is refunded (by bank transfer) after our cleaner checks the apartment after guests leave.

    Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday and prices quoted are for a seven night stay (with a 100 refundable security deposit extra). Short breaks are usually available out of peak season - please enquire for further details.
