Lovely penthouse apartment overlooking one of the best swimming pools in the Las Violetas area. Casa Lou offers spacious modern accommodation and has a large private sun terrace which makes the best of winter and summer sunshine.
This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is ideally located and has fantastic balcony views of the communal swimming pool and gardens. Casa Lou is a very popular and well maintained property, and is stylishly furnished and fully equipped. There is a secluded rooftop sun terrace equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella. There is a stone built BBQ on the sun terrace and a dining set for al fresco entertaining. In summary, - this apartment has everything you need to ensure that you have a great holiday.
The spacious lounge has a 32" flat screen TV showing all UK free view channels,and has free wi-fi and a DVD player. Both hot and cold air conditioning ensures your comfort.
A wood burner has been installed this year for really cosy winter evenings.
There is a dining area & breakfast bar leading to a fully fitted kitchen equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob as well as all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you might need.
There is a small utility room at the rear of the kitchen with a washing machine, iron/ironing board, mops, brushes etc
The guest bedroom is fitted with twin beds, has built in wardrobes and is directly opposite the fully fitted guest bathroom which has a bath with power shower, basin, toilet and bidet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite with walk-in power shower, basin and toilet.
Both bedrooms have air con (hot and cold) and ceiling fans for the summer and all rooms have convector heaters for the cooler autumn and winter evenings.
For your security the apartment is fitted with a safe for secure storage of your passports and valuables.

Location description
Las Violetas is an established complex about 5 minutes away from the Villamartin Plaza with its restaurants and bars. Our apartment offers a haven of peace and calm away from the hustle and bustle but still allowing easy access to all the facilities. The apartment has its own small private garden with palm tree, and the gardens of the Las Violetas community are beautifully tended. The communal swimming pool and on-street parking are both adjacent to Casa Lou.
Popular Costa Orihuela holiday resort - ideal for those looking for a home-from-home, close to the restaurants and bars of Villamartin Plaza and with almost year round sunshine and easy access to Murcia and Alicante airports from many UK /non-UK airports. For those with a car there is the opportunity to explore the local and surrounding area, whilst for those without a car there are plenty of facilities within walking distance or using readily available public transport or taxis. For those looking for a little exercise, bicycles can be booked in advance via ourselves - a popular ride is along the canal path to San Miguel de las Salinas, a village 10km away and with a selection of excellent Spanish restaurants.
Other activities
Facilities near Casa Lou include sandy beaches, 4 golf courses, tennis, swimming, bowls, horse riding and go-carts.
The area is popular with golfers who want to continue their sport in the winter sunshine - if golf is your passion please ask for further details.
At the Villamartin Plaza there are many bars and restaurants, plus banks, hair salon, supermarkets, gift shops, and cycle hire. There is something for everyone at the Plaza - Live music in the summer months, a Sports Bar, Karaoke Bar, Pool and Bowling and a wide range of cuisines.
Shopaholics will enjoy the large new shopping mall at La Zenia which is only 5 minutes drive (or local bus from the Plaza).
The bustling coastal town of Torrevieja is just 15 mins drive from Casa Lou - it is an old fishing town with it's own harbour and you will find lots of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Enjoy the daily evening craft market, or sit at one of the pavement cafes and just watch the world go by.

Good sized communal swimming pool with children's pool right outside Casa Lou.
Two sandy beaches nearby (La Zenia and Cabo Roig) with restaurants and beach bars for food and drinks and sunbeds and shades for hire.
Go-Carts - great fun for all the family and near La Zenia so only 5 minutes away.
Aquopolis Water Park - centre of Torrevieja.
There is a Safari Park (near Santa Pola), Caves to explore at Canelobre, a Funfair by Torrevieja marina, and, also in Torrevieja, a submarine which is a living museum and tourist attraction.

Love this place!
This is our 4th stay is this apartment. It is by far the best in the area. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous views and outstanding pool and sunbathing area. Perfect location to fabulous bars and restaurants. Cannot recommend enough! On the count down until we return next year!!

We have just returned from our stay at Casa Lou and we are so glad we found this apartment so much so we are returning again later in the year!
The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need, the views from the balcony and the roof terrace are amazing, and the roof terrace is a perfect place to relax and catch some sun.
The location is fantastic you dont have to walk far to reach some great places for drinks food and entertainment

Another fabulous six week stay
We have just returned from our second six week stay in this wonderful apartment. We can see by the reviews that everyone who has stayed here has the same opinion. To walk along different beaches in shorts, dry off every morning after a shower on the roof solarium in December/January is an amazing experience. The location is perfect. Everything just around the corner, but so quiet and peaceful. Chemie's lounge is a must for that night cap on the way home! It's all about the outdoor life and you feel so well. San Pedro market on a Monday has hot chocolate and chirps to die for! We could go on and on. Thank you once again Peter and Lou for another fantastic stay in 226.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Payment: A deposit of 200 is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
We request a Security deposit of 200 payable with the balance payment - this will be refunded in full within one week of the end of your holiday, providing there are no damages or breakages.
The apartment is cleaned before each rental-for rentals of 2 or more weeks mid-rental cleaning and additional clean linen and towels can be arranged if required at extra cost.
Please note that while we accept bookings of less than 1 week duration, any such bookings will be charged at the weekly rate for any period booked between April to October.
Outside of this period we are happy to accept shorter periods eg long weekends, and these will be charged at a daily pro-rata rate for the period but with cleaning and laundry charged extra.
Changeover day is flexible.
Guests may check in at any time after 4pm, and are requested to check out before 11am on the day of departure.
Alternative check in and check out times can be organised only by special arrangement.
