    Description

    The apartment is situated in a magnificent complex at Al Alandalus about 1 mile from VERA and GARRUCHA. It is a two bedroom ground floor apartment.The main bedroom has en-suite facilities, and the second bathroom is right opposite the second bedroom. It has a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen, utilities room and large gated decking area at the front ideal for private outdoor eating and drinking. Although it does not overlook the complex swimming pool (Which suits our regular clients as at peak periods it does get 'Hectic') it is only a 30 second walk away. There is also an indoor pool the same distance.

    The complex is secured by entry phone and the maintenance of the grounds is second to none. The award winning beaches in Vera is a 5 minute drive ... with a brand new promenade it is lovely. There are numerous bars and restaurants in Vera and the seaside resort of MOJACAR is about 10 minutes drive with it's miles of clean sandy beaches.
    There is a luxury bus service that picks up right outside the complex that goes to Vera, Vera Playa, Garrucha and Mojacar and leaves at 20 past the hour.

    Desert Springs Indiana course is the first desert golf course course in Europe and has been built to USPGA specifications. Generous fairways mean it's ideal for the less skilled amateur, while the scenery is astounding. Different tees mean that the better player will find the course's assortment of hazards - from dry riverbeds to cacti- a real challenge.

    10 mins away Valle del Este's sand, water and volcanic rock make for a different sort of golfing experience. Raised tees look down on three lakes and a good number of waterfalls, while ominously large sand bunkers litter the fairways.
    Finally at Turre not far from Mojacar there is the Cortijo Grande club de golf.

    It is within easy reach for all activities you would need on your holiday.The complex is spotlessly clean and a very good mix of people (Even some locals have bought property here!)

    The complex is safe and boast two pools (One indoor and one out)All the building has finished in the immediate area so you won't be disturbed by cranes and digging in the morning!!!

    The garden is ideal for a well deserved bottle of the local wine at the end of a relaxing day....

    Excellently equipped apartment in a handy possition

    This two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment in a secure gated community has very recently been refurbished to a very high standard. In particular the kitchen area is most impressive with a double oven (fan and conventional) a large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and more cooking implements than you would ever need! In the separate utility area there is a washer and drier. The lounge area is large and comfortable with a TV (some English programmes but no BBC or ITV), DVD player and a selection of discs and books. ,There is also excellent very fast WiFi. Outside there is a lovely garden area with a table, chairs and a swing seat, ideal for eating outside since it catches the sun from late morning to sunset. Although having a car is ideal (there is undercover, secure parking) there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which will take you to the beach and nearby towns. A large Mercadona supermarket is also only a couple of hundred yards away. For winter use there is a covered, heated pool just around the corner in the complex and there is also a large outdoor pool for the summer. Altogether it would be hard to find better accommodation in the area and it was also encouraging to know that the very friendly local agent was always on hand to welcome us and answer any questions. A great place to get away from the British winter!!!
