Your holiday starts here in a modern 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms apartment.
It's built in 2014 the apartment has a south east facing terrace which for us is the perfect spot to have a lovely breakast, from here you have a beautiful view on the pools.
The region has the benefits of the micro climate and offers us over 300 sunny days a year, the best weather region of south europe.
The apartment is part of a private urbanisation with 100 different houses - villas or aparments all in the same style. The urbanisation is gated and parking plots are available inside.
The closest beach is only 800m (15min by foot) but several beaches in the neighbourhood all of them.
There is a supermarket at the end of the street (200m) but also the biggest open air shopping mall is only @ 500m La zenia boulevard http://youtu.be/H9gyOFIqkbc?t=7s
The apartment has all the necessary equipement, linen and towels are provided. A washing machine and dishwasher, aircon (hot/cold) and wifi access.
