There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments, complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens. A four-poster bed in one, a carved bedstead in the next, each apartment has its unique style, with precious materials and a unforgettable view through the window. Each one connects with the central patio which has large tables and barbecue. For families who wish to keep an eye on the children or the elderly and nevertheless preserve their privacy, some apartments open up. And bicycles are provide to cycle into the nearby villages. THE INTERIOR

Suite 1: RAFFAELLO � 4 PERSONS

Located on the ground floor, it has a terrace with a wooden teak deck to dine outside facing the fields.
The living room has large openings and a dining table for 6/8 persons. The separate kitchen area is spacious and modern, with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and gas cooker, and microwave oven. Two double rooms share a bathroom with shower, stone basin and travertine cladding. Stylish teak furniture and wrought iron bedsteads. Central heating.

The outdoor area has a barbecue, relax chairs and confortable benches, canvas umbrellas. Outdoor shower is available.

Suite 2 : MICHELANGELO � 4 PERSONS
Surface: 82 M2
Located on the ground floor it has an independent entrance through a small patio, a kitchen and dining area inside a reconverted old wood oven, the living area and two double rooms. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and microwave oven. The bedrooms have a nice view on the cultivated fields. Bathroom with shower, stone basin and wooden/glass elements. Central heating.
The outdoor space is a stone patio, with relax chairs, teak dining tables and benches, stone carved washing basin. The pizzeria with wood oven is just a behind the corner.

Suite 3: GALILEO - 4 PERSONS

Located on the ground floor it has an independent entrance on the secondary patio but is also connected with the central courtyard through a large kitchen/dining area. The living has been organized inside the old cellar with preserved XIII century tufo walls and huge wooden beams. The two double bedrooms face the central courtyard. The bathroom has a contemporary design bathtub and sink. Kitchen has electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Central heating.
The guests can use the small patio for their breakfast and the other one to dine with other guests in the evening. The pizzeria with wood oven is just a behind the corner.

Apartment 4 LEONARDO

Located on the first floor this apartment has exceptional quality of spaces and furniture, with a double height living area which benefits from a view on the fields;the kitchen has a large fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and a contemporary design gas cooker. Teak furniture to ralax and dining table accommodates 10 people.

NB : Leonardo hosts 4 persons but its entrance, living room and kitchen can be shared with apartment TIZIANO (1 en suite bedroom). This allows to accommodate large families or friends who wish to share the living area while keeping their own privacy. The price of LEONARDO+TIZIANO depends on the number of guests (max 6), the duration and period of stay.

Apartment 4+5 Leonardo + Tiziano Surface: 140 m2 ( 6 Persons )

Tiziano Located on the first floor this apartment is ideal for a couple or for guests that are staying with their friends but wish to keep their own privacy: it has an elegant en suite bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed. The open bathroom has a contemporary design bathtub, stone water basin and a separate wc.
The entrance, living and kitchen are common to apartment LEONARDO. Central heating.
The guests use the outdoor facilities of the central courtyard.

Apartment Giotto
Surface : 35 m2 (2 Persons)
The entrance is located on the backside of the villa, through a small staircase. The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple who wish for a romantic stay: it has an elegant bedroom with a four-poster teak bed, a kitchen and dining (gas cooker, microwave oven and fridge) and a separate bathroom with shower and stylish contemporary finishing. Central heating.

For their outdoor activities the guests can use the small patio with dining table, sun umbrella, relax chairs. The pizzeria with woodoven is just round the corner.

In Brenna a little village equped with the basic amenities, it is 12 kilometres from Sienna, 80 km from the beach and renowned spas.
The villa is ideally suited to visit truly legendary Tuscany: Sienna, Chianti, Val d�Orcia, ancient villages, medieval cloisters and landscapes which have inspired the world�s greatest artists.
The ideal place for an inspirational holiday. Stroll to the village and back, dine at the pizzeria and trattoria nearby. Go for a swim in the nearby Mersa river, horse-back riding in the local Riding Centre. You�re a short bis ride away from Sienna and a walk away from the larger village of Rosia whihc boasts shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy everything you might need.
The nearest airport is Pisa or Florence, which Ryan Air , Easy Jet and other air companies fly you to from every major city in the world. Hiring a car is the best option afterwards but there are plenty of trains .We�ll be happy to explain the options.

Directions

Route 1 (longer but all hiway (superstrada and autostrada)
At the exit of Aeroport take the Superstrada SGC FiPiLi who connects FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO in direction of FIRENZE. Before Firenze take the Exit on direction AUTOSTRADA ROMA and after about 10 km take the exit Firenze Certosa
Then take the direction SIENA 56km ......and continue in direction GROSSETO ........after 10km you find a small crossing , take the direction BRENNA � Rosia �.after 4 km you arrived.

Route 2 (more beautiful and shorter but 25 km of small departmental street at the exit of Pisa Aeroport take the Superstrada SGC FiPiLi who connects FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO in direction of FIRENZE .
After 42 km. take the exit GINESTRA FIORENTINA then direction SAN CASCIANO VAL DI PESA...
Direction SIENA and you enter in the road FIRENZE SIENA GROSSETO
After 45 Km. You arrived in Siena .
Continue without exit in direction GROSSETO ........ ........after 10km you find a small crossing , take the direction BRENNA � Rosia �.after 4 km you arrived in BRENNA.
Go through the villagge and at the end , next to the church you find Villa Amedeo
