Description
This apartment is located in the very centre of San Sebastian in an elegant building only one block from the famous beach of La Concha.
It was refurbished in 2008 and turned into a modern and luxurious apartment.
You can actually see the beach from its terrace.
It is on the 5th floor and after 9 comfortable stairs you access the elevator directly to the apartment floor. There is a stair chair lift if needed.
Due to its perfect location you do not need to use the car or any other means of transport to enjoy everything this beautiful city has to offer.

Location description
San Sebastian is a beautiful city located in the North of Spain, just twenty minutes by car from the French border. It has a privileged location and its Bay is breathtaking.
San Sebastian is famous for its beauty as well as for its gastronomy.
The location of the apartment is superb, right by the Bay and withing walking distance to all amenities this city has to offer, for example go to the Old Part to enjoy the exquisite 'Pintxos' or tapas that are gourmet miniature cooking.
There is a gorgeous spa in front of the apartment that overlooks the Bay if you want to relax and enjoy your free time.
Being at the very core of the city, you really do not need a car, but if you so wish, there is a private car park only 5 minutes away from the apartment.
San Sebastian is known to be one of the safest cities in the world, even at night. Its nightlife is also very safe and healthy.
