    No 1 St Elmo Court is a spacious apartment in a secluded and private setting within the sub-tropical gardens just above North Sands Beach.

    Newly refurbished to such a high spec, this large apartment is just the place to relax and enjoy all that the South Hams has to offer. The fully fitted, modern kitchen opens up on to a large secluded courtyard to the rear of the property whilst the light living/dining room has patio doors onto a large private balcony at the front.

    The accommodation comfortably houses up to 6 with three good size bedrooms There is an ensuite bathroom and a separate family shower room. A heated swimming pool is available for guests between May and September.

    The building is accessed via a few steps leading to the front communal door. Number 1 is on the ground floor to the left. Upon entering the apartment you are immediately struck by how light, airy and spacious the apartment is. The entrance lobby offers space to house coats and shoes as well as a large storage cupboard. You then walk through to a bright hall with door leading off to the lounge and bedrooms.

    The lounge/diner has a fabulous outlook on to beautiful gardens and then further afield out to sea. The dining area seats 6 comfortably.

    There is also a large balcony accessed by sliding patio doors running the whole width of the living area.

    From the dining end you can access the newly renovated, state of the art kitchen. Then to the rear there is a large secluded courtyard off the kitchen perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

    The master bedroom is set at the front of the building. This lovely light dual aspect room also enjoys views over the garden and the nearby coast. It also accesses the front balcony via a glazed door.

    This room also benefits from a large en suite shower room fully furnished with walk in shower, bath and toilet.

    Bedroom 2 also doubles up as a 'snug'/ playroom. The large single bed can also be used as a sofa in which to kick back, relax and watch the large TV.

    It has been thoughtfully designed as a children's playroom furnished with a huge floor cushion and boxes of toys.

    The family bathroom is accessed through one of 2 archways. It is fitted with a separate shower cubicle, toilet and sink.

    Bedroom 3 is a perfect space for children. With 3 single beds in a row overlooking the courtyard, it is found along a short corridor away from the master bedroom, it offers a good space for lots of noisy fun!

    Outside, St Elmo Court enjoys beautifully landscaped gardens and a heated swimming pool (open from May - Sep).

    A short walk takes you down to North Sands, a small sandy beach and the infamous 'Winking Prawn', a beachside cafe serving fabulous fresh food.

    Salcombe is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
