Description
The accommodation comprises of a comfortable and airy furnished lounge with 3 seater leather sofa and armchair. Flat Screen TV offering English, BBC1, 2, 3, 4 and ITV, Channel 4, Irish and some Spanish and German channels. DVD Player along with many DVD's also a CD player. Fully fitted kitchen with full oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Dining area with 4 leather swivel bar stools. Bedroom with 2 very comfortable single beds, large built in wardrobes. Bedside Cabinets, Dresser with mirror. There is also a safe available with no extra cost. Spacious Bathroom tiled throughout and includes a glass screened large walk in shower. WC and wash basin. Balcony with glass and S/S Table and 4 wooden chairs (2 of which are recliners) all with cushions. Complex is gated & secured. Bed linen and Towels are provided during your stay.
Relax in the sun from morning to night. Spectacular views can be seen of the sea and mountains. There are many day trips such as Timanfaya (Fire Mountain) the Caves of Los Jameos and the craft market in Teguise to mention a few. Our complex has a sister complex across the street and you are welcome to use the pools on this complex also (if it is not a busy period). One of which is a kiddies pool and the other is the main pool. There are also comfortable sun loungers around the pool sides. There is also a bar serving drinks and snacks most of the day and a small supermarket next door to this complex. There are several larger supermarkets not very far also. Close by is a short mat bowling club which non members can enjoy a few hours bowling for just a few euros this includes hire of bowls. Members will give you help if you need it.

Location description
The distances from our apartment to the long sandy beach is approx 400 m, numerous restaurants can be found approx. 300 m. Supermarkets 300 m and the many tourist and duty free shops 300 m. Approx 10 minutes walk to the harbour and Biosfera Shopping centre.
Also superb golf course approx 4 kms from our complex.
Other activities
Amongst the many stunning Volcanic features of Lanzarote is the largest Volcanic tunnel in the world the Atlantic Tunnel, which is over 7 km long and includes the Cueva de Los Verdes and Jameos del Agua, both are fantastic places to visit.
There are also many other places to visit and explore such as the Timanfaya National Park, The Cactus Gardens and the most beautiful and famous house of Cesar Manrique.
Local events
Annual Carnival around February which is a spectacular event.
Directions
Easyjet and Ryanair are two budget airlines. We recommend Auto Reisen for car hire from the airport.

Deposit/Booking Notes
The rental rates are based on 2 persons. Discounts on one month, two months etc rentals. Check in is from 2pm and check out is up to 10am. A deposit of 30% of Rental Cost is required to confirm booking. Then the remaining balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival day.
Guests are advised to have travel insurance in place.
