    Description

    Villa "Luka" has 7 apartments (2 de lux) and 2 studios. All apartments have air conditioners and TV, Internet access, safes, hair dryer, iron, cosmetics and full-equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a washing machine, and lux apartments have a dish washer as well. On the terraces are an adequate number of tables and chairs, and umbrellas. Maid cleans apartments every day and changes towels as well.

    The hosts speak English, Russian and Italian.
    It is situated between the sandy beaches Kamenovo and Przno, which are about 400m or 4-5 min walk far from Villa. At a distance of 50 - 70m there is a shop, bus station and restaurant.
    From the villa "Luka" you can come to Budva, Rafailovići, Bečići, Milocer and St. Stefan by foot. There are walking paths that arrive to Budva for about an hour, to Sv.Stefana for 15 minutes. Of course, this destinations can be reached by a mini bus that runs every 15 minutes.

    Our beaches are considered the most beautiful beaches in Adriatic sea. They are all sandy with beautiful blue sea. There are also a lot of restaurants, ice cream stands on every one of them. Also, there are umbrellas and chairs that can be rent on the beach.

    Other than that, hotel St. Stefan is a great tourist attraction because of its popularity among foreign people and because of its extreme beauty.
