    Description

    Parkview is a delightful one bedroom self catering apartment located just 50 yards from the famous Plymouth Hoe waterfront. This spacious apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard and has free off street parking and internet access for the duration of your stay.

    The Lounge / Dining Area
    The spacious lounge/diner features at its heart a picturesque bay window overlooking West Hoe Park and comes fully equipped to a very high standard including a 26inch LCD TV with multiple digital channels along with a DVD/VCR and unlimited Broadband internet access free of charge.

    Yet again we have furnished this apartment with leather sofas one of which converts into a double sofa bed allowing the Parkview apartment to accommodate a maximum of 4 people plus an infant in the travel cot that we also supply. The dining area is complemented with a light oak dining table and chairs with black onyx inlays along with a matching sideboard providing handy storage. The whole apartment benefits from full gas central heating and the addition of newly installed double glazed sash windows in keeping with the period style of the building.

    The Kitchen
    The nice sized kitchen has been fitted out with modern beech units incorporating a full size fridge and freezer, 4 ring gas hob with extractor hood and electric oven. Furthermore there is a microwave for those quicker snacks and we have installed a full size washer dryer for your convenience. All cooking utensils and crockery etc are provided to ensure that you have everything on hand should you decide to give the local eateries a miss.

    The Bedroom
    This well aportioned double bedroom comes with a double metal bedstead with luxury matress as its centrepiece along with plenty of storage space provided by the combination wardrobe with matching chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Th nice feature of this room is the french doors which open out onto a decked balcony which has a patio table and chairs providing a nice open space to enjoy the sunshine. The bed will be freshly made for your arrival and a spare set of bed linen for both the double and sofa bed will be provided.

    The Shower Room
    The shower room with its half tiled walls and tiled floor has been fitted out with a good sized high quality shower enclosure and powerfull mixer shower which compliments the white basin and wc suite. Chrome fittings help to enhance the feel of quality along with the chrome towel radiator and there is also an electric shaver point above the mirror for ease of use. We are also happy to supply 6 towels per booking.

    The Exterior
    The Parkview apartment benefits from a truly great location in the West Hoe area with Plymouth Hoe less than 100 yards away at the end of the street and the children's play park adjacent to it with mini golf, remote control boats and Gus Honeybun train etc. There are also free tennis courts to enjoy just around the corner. The apartment is fitted with an intercom entry system and comes with free off street parking for one car at the rear of the building.
