La Collina degli Ulivi (Perugia) is a welcoming structure typical of rural areas of the past century. The farmhouse is located in a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy near Perugia and Umbertide. Immersed in a vast agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by greenery, in a place outside the world but close to the main roads, in a wild countryside, La Collina degli Ulivi is a rustic farmhouse but equipped with all modern comforts. The house is an ideal place for holidays, relax and visit the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager of your charming holiday home, a clean property and kept in excellent condition, ideal for a quiet holiday in Umbria.
Regardless of how you spend your days - embarking on trips out of town, shopping, visiting the most famous museums in the area or simply driving inland, when you arrive at home in the evening you will have the chance to rest with family and friends on board your pool concluding in beauty another fantastic day of vacation in Umbria.The farmhouse consists of four accommodations, each apartment has its own private living area with a bedroom and a bathroom:
.ORTENSIA is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, fireplace, bathroom and double bedroom for a total of 2 guests;
.PASSIFLORA is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed for a total of 4 guests.
.GINESTRA is an apartment composed of a dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa bed for a total of 4 guests;
.COTONEASTER is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and fireplace.
Several people traveling in the company of friends prefer a holiday home with more units where they can share time together in the common areas, such as the pool or the garden, but at the same time maintain their privacy in individual units.
The cottage is generally open during the summer (may/october).

Exit the highway E45 (ss3bis) to Resina (both north and south), head north to Solfagnano, then pass Solfagnano then Tavernacce from here after about 1 km turn right into Strada S.Angelo di Chieli, after about 700 past the church and turn left then always straight for about 500 meters.
