Description
We have a lovely Victorian Town House which has been converted into 6 self catering holiday apartments four having sea and park views. The two ground floor apartments have access to the garden and there own private doorways. Each apartment has heating in autumn through to spring.
We offer contemporary apartments tastefully furnished and decorated. All have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, with electric showers and two apartments have retained baths. There is a colour TV with Freeview and DVD player in each apartment, all apartments are fully equipped to offer a self catering holiday. We also provide umbrella's and have a small library for the use of guests including buckets and spades and fishing nets. There is a laundry on site.
The beach is 2 minutes away so you can be in the sea shortly after leaving your apartment. The walks have great views over the Bay.

Location description
Great for families with the beach, sea, Victorian Pier and lovely picturesque Harbour within 5 minutes walk. Pitch 'N'Putt with fantastic sea views, American style Crazy Golf on the promenade. Sea activities including pedalo's and kayak hire. Amusements, fun fair and Regatta's during the summer which includes the Red Arrows Display team. Agatha Christies home, Greenway, Cockington historic Village, Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway, Babbacombe Model Village, Paignton Zoo, Kents Cavern, South West Coast Path on the doorstep.

By car from M5 follow A380 for Torquay. On arriving at Torquay sea front turn right for Paignton. Go along Paignton sea front with the sea on your left, after passing the Apollo Cinema on your left turn right into Adelphi Road and we are the fourth house on the right.
National Express bus service direct to Paignton Bus Station.
Main rail network ends at Paignton Station.
