    Description

    7 New Esplanade Court is an apartment recently updated and decorated to an exciting and colourful standard. It is situated so close to the beach that you can literally walk to the sea front within 2 minutes, and be paddling, building sandcastles, swimming, sun bathing etc. to your hearts content.

    The apartment is privately owned and it has its own private parking space for one vehicle. Security entrance barrier to car park.

    South facing, the sun is captured on the patio area all day, where you can relax and enjoy and little ones can play safely.

    A ground floor holiday home with a communal heated outdoor swimming pool for the use of holiday makers only staying on site. Pool is open from May to end September only. Please read all safety warnings for the pool area, as we, as owners cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents etc, whilst you and your family are staying.

    Ideal for a couple or a family, this apartment can sleep up to 6 /7, depending on size!! 4 ADULTS MAX please. Therefore it is ideal for families with up to 5 small children, From age 11 upwards, ideal for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The bedroom has a double bed and a triple bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). Sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults) in living/dining area. The sofa bed has a delux memory foam mattress and is very comfortable. A cot is not provided, but there is a high chair.

    The kitchen area has a full sized cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, etc etc and cleaning products are provided if needed. Clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Childs high chair. Dining table can sit 6.

    Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and First Aid kit are in place.

    No WiFi connection at the apartment

    PLEASE NO BOOKINGS from under 20 years of age, or Stag / Hen parties.

    Pets are not allowed, nor smoking inside.

    Many places to visit, by bus, train and ferry boat across the Tor Bay area.

    Bed linen and towels are not provided, but for a small charge can be put in place. Usually 45 for a family of 5. The charge for the linen and towels will be charged when you book your holiday.

    A beautiful scenic short walk to Goodrington from Paignton where you can see Brixham and Bury Head in the distance.

    Visit Brixham, the pirate and fishing mecca of Tor Bay. History seeps out of this historical town. Visit the Harbour and see the fishing vessels bringing in their catch of the day. The Replica of the Golden Hind is a prominant feature.

    Cockington Village, where you can go back in time. A glorious park of fine English woodland, ponds and delightful thatched cottages. There is an unique church, which is still in use, that reaches out just to be seen and visited. Cricket on the lawns and picnics in the shade. Many many places to explore and enjoy.

    Guests are welcome to use the heated outdoor swimming pool which is situated in a beautiful garden which has palm trees and flowers. (Pool open May to end September only). Outside the apartment is a perfect sun trap patio where you can unwind after an exciting day or just laze the day away. Safe for toddlers to play.

    There is no need for a car, as the bus routes are very close and frequent. The train station is within easy walking distance. Everything you need is just on the doorstep from takeaway food to top fashion shops. Beaches and cream teas to historical Churches, museums and haunted castles. Brixham - the fishing and pirate mecca of South Devon is 5 miles away, by train, boat or bus. Goodrington, a beautiful beach hut paradise with spectacular views along the beach path walk from Paignton. Cockington, step back in time to the thatch cottages and tea rooms, gentle woodland walks, cream teas and cricket on the lawns. Horse and cart rides and a most peaceful embracing church you could find. Delightful day out. Take your own picnic and stroll around the lakes, visit the gamekeeper cottage and dream.........
