Description
The Apartment is located in an idyllic quiet village location with panoramic views of the Babadog mountains. It is walking distance to the livelier resort of Hisaronu and a 5-10 drive from both Fethiye and Olu Deniz beach. It is furnished to a very high standard with the use of a swimming pool.

This has been finished to a high standard.
There is ample storage space and is fitted with the following appliances:
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, oven and extractor fan, toaster.
There is a styish extending table which will seat 8
Living Rooms:
This area is tastefully decorated again to a very high standard.
There is ample seating with a 3 seater, 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Satellite TV is available with a number of English channels.
There is a wood-burner for the colder winter nights!
Utility Room:
From the wide marble winding staircase to the lower level there is a secondary kitchen area which has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This area also has a children's games area equipped with a 2 seater sofa, satellite TV and Playstation
Outside
Large wrought iron gates lead to the spacious gardens which wind their way around the house. There is a large terrace with rattan and glass dining table which seats 6 people comfortably.
We have 6 sun-loungers with tables and parasols and there is an additional seating area for 4 people on a separate decking area.
There is a BBQ area with brick built BBQ and a cobbled path leading to the shared large swimming pool with separate children's pool.
Other:
There are air conditioning units upstairs but these are not required on the lower levels as is it is cool enough.
All doors and windows are alarmed for additional piece of mind which can be activated in and outside the house.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
We use a very reliable property maintenance company (House & Gardens, Fethiye) to look after our property and our guests.
Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring pool / beach towels.
Price includes 2 cleans, 1 before arrival and 1 after.

Location description
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from to the local shops, bars and restaurant in Ovacik.
It is a couple of minutes walk from the local bus stop, which provides easy access to the beach/nearest town. The dolmus buses run approx every five minutes and will pick you up even when your not at the bus stop.
Hisaronu is the nearest town which can be reached by a 10 minute walk, or alternatively 5 mins on the local bus. This is a lively town with numerous shops, bars and restuarants. For a more chilled out time then visit Olu Deniz Bay for amazing sunsets and a lovely lagoon beach (10 mins by local bus).
Alternatively visit Fethiye which is 10 mins by bus in the other direction. This is a lovely harbour town, boasting excellent sea foods restaurants.
There is a water park in Ovacik which is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Apartment.

great holiday
Stayed at pembe apartment end of april it was very clean nicely furnished and spacious.A great location very easy to walk in to town and a two minute walk to the dolmus and taxies. Swimming pool was clean and a good spot to sunbathe. Also very close to a family firendly hotel that has a lovely outside bar and food, but you can not hear any noise at night. Will definitely be returning to this apartment again.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Outside of this pricing structure the rest of the year is priced at 250.00 per week (however, please note there will be no pool available or direct flights to Dalaman airport)
We are flexible on changover days. If we have guests arriving and departing on the same day we would prefer departing guests to vacate by 12 midday but can recommend a local hotel to use until transfer pick up time.
To reserve the week/s you require a 20% deposit will be required.
Any extras required can be established and the price confirmed.
Once the full amount has been agreed, the remaining balance will be payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Full details of any extras i.e. transfers, additional cleans can be finalised once the deposit is paid.
A 250 refundable damages deposit is also payable and will be returned once confirmation from Turkey that everything is OK has been received.
