Description
Have you ever dreamed of an apartment next to the sea and at the same time near the Old Town? Central, but calm? On Cote d' Azur and yet quite affordable?
Very charming apartment composed of one sleeping, american kitchen with one convertible and very comfortable bed (lycksdaal from IKEA) and a bathroom.
We are renting another apartment in the same buidling, in case you would like to come with your family or friends.
Magnificent location in one of the most beautiful parts of Nice, authentique and close to everything. You can visit everything in Nice by foot.
Literary next to the sea (50 metres from the apartment)
300 m from the famous beaches of the Promenade des Anglaises or from the Coco Beach on the other side.
50 m from the Old Nice city centre.
The apartment is not noisy as it is overlooking interior yard. It is very luminous, comfortable and clean. It is on the fourth floor and the building has an elevator.
It is recently completely renovated, it is fully equipped, including the clean bed laundry and towels.

The apartment is simply perfectly situated in the Antoine Gautier Street, one of the most beautiful streets of the Port of Nice, quartier of antiquities. This quartier is famous for its 100 antiquity shops, but as well for its restaurants, cafes, bakeries, typical shops for Nice, boats, and Castle Hill - wonderful park and view point which is next to the apartment.
Exceptional bus, train and boat connections of the port of nice with all cities of the French Riviera:

Gare Riquier - to Cannes, Monaco, Genova, etc.
Bus 82 to Eze village
Bus 81 to St. Jean Cap Ferrat
Tramway and bus 7 and bus 30 to Place Massena and Gare SNCF.
