Our apartment has spectacular sea views from floor to ceiling windows in the open plan lounge, the property also benefits from a generous balcony overlooking the South West Coastal Path and out over the Atlantic Ocean for those fantastic sunsets.

    We have provided everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and as we will regularly use the apartment ourselves we like to think it also has a homely feel.
    Perfectly situated to take advantage of the very first or the very last wave, beautiful Lusty Glaze beach is only a 10 minute walk, and an allocated parking means no parking stress.

    One Lusty Glaze is located between the costal town of Newquay and Porth Beach, the apartment enjoyed uninterrupted views out over the Atlantic Ocean, and is minutes away from Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne Beaches.     From London or the South East
    1. Take M4 towards the South West and South Wales
    2. At junction 20 join the M5 towards the South West, Bristol (West)
    3. Continue on the M5 to Exeter and branch off on to the A30 signposted Bodmin and Oakhampton
    4. Follow the A30 for approx 74 miles until the Highgate Hill roundabout and take the 3rd exit on to the A39 towards Wadebridge
    5. Follow the A39 to the Halloon roundabout the take the 2nd exit onto the A392 towards Newquay
    6. Remain on the A392 until the next roundabout at Quintrell Downs and take the 3rd exit towards St.Columb Minor on North way/ A3058
    7. Follow Quintrell Road until you come across another roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Henver Road/ A3058
    8. At the next mini roundabout turn right into Lusty Glaze Road
    9. The Apartments are the second building on the right - you made it!
    10. Follow the signs to parking and use the parking space marked no. 29

    1. Depending on your starting location plan a route to join the M5 South of Birmingham then follow the instructions above from point 2 onwards above.

    Once you have confirmed your dates and selected any extras, you will have the option of paying in full or selecting to pay a 30% deposit on the rental fee (if the booking is within 6 weeks of the arrival date the full amount will be requested including any extras you have requested).
    If you would rather send a cheque or arrange another form of payment, such as bank transfer, please complete the Booking Form and submit it to us, please note that until we have received payment we are not able to hold your reservation. We will usually respond within 24 hours to any enquiries (please note we do charge a 5 admin fee for processing cheques).
    During Peak Season the minimum rental period is 7 nights Saturday - Saturday, other times of the year a minimum of 3 nights is required (daily rates are calculated at 1/5 of the weekly rate per day)
