Description
The house is surrounded by lavender and pine trees. Only 30m from the sea and is ideal for a peaceful family vacation.
Apartments are air-conditioned, light, spacious and tiled throughout. Open-plan kitchen that includes hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, pots and dishes. Dining area / lounge with 2 pullout sofas, satellite TV, DVD. Bedroom with king size bed, side tables, vanity table and big wardrobe. Modern tiled bathroom with a bath and shower. Large terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Milna is situated at the end of a spacious bay, from olden times the haven of fisherman, seamen along with growers of grapes, olives and almonds. Milna seems untouched by time, except for the occasional chimes of church bells which yearn to break the silence of centuries. You are invited to refresh long forgotten feelings.
Milna developed at the beginning of the 17th century. Town church since 1783 has monumental baroque front and late baroque altar is the work of Sebastian Ricci together with the sculptures of St Joseph and Jaramillo. Church is dominated by folk motive and you can visit the ruins of the gothic church in Osibovo.
This miniature oasis of the Mediterranean culture is rich in: sailing, fishing and vineyards history. Alongside long, curvy coastline stretch palm trees and from the hills you are treated to the unforgivable sights of Milnas valleys and beaches.
Near Milna are nice sand and pebble beaches – Pasika, Osibova, Lucice, Duboka, Maslinova and the surrounding places of Bobovisce, Lozisce and Bobovisce on the coast, charming villages of good wine, olive oil, fruit and a clear sea. Here, on the west side of the island of Brac, guests are welcome to enjoy the cordiality of local people.Milna has numerous bars and restaurants and loads of live music and concerts almost every day during the summer. There is one night club, however they close around 1am.
Milna is a lively place on the island, you can enjoy great food and fabulous atmosphere, it's great for couples or families, but to be quite hones if you are after a wild nightlife and party 24/7 Milna is not the right place for you.
There are loads of interesting things you can do on the island.
Golden Horn beach in Bol, it's one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole of Adriatic coast. The crystal clear sea, the beach, the vegetation, everything is beautiful and distinctive, whether you are swimming or sunbathing.
It gets some wind in the afternoon, so it's perfect for those who love windsurfing and kite-surfing. The shape of the beach shifts with changes in tide, currents and wind.
Blaca desert is one of the candidates for Croatia's entry into UNESCO heritage site, as well as the Dragon Cave after the dragon which an unknown monk chiselled on cave wall in 15th century. Beside the dragon there are numerous symbols of old Slavic mythology.
Vidova Gora is the highest peak on the whole island from which you can admire the view of Bol and neighbouring islands; Hvar, Visn and Italy. Underneath the cliffs of Vidova Gora and over the village of Murvica is the Dragon Cave. It can be reached by the picturesque walking path.
Blaca desert is a unique monastery complex with a great estate. As new times arrived and the way of life and earning completely changed, Blaca desert gradually faded away. The entire valley is now deserted and left to natural vegetative succession. The reconstructed estate of Blaca desert would today represent a unique monument of wise and functional use of natural resources.
In Škrip, the oldest settlement on the island, you can visit the archaeological and ethnographical collection. Tower Radojkovic was built during the wars in the 16th century. In 1979 the island museum was opened here. This building's important feature is in its 3 ethnical layers as well: Illyrian, Roman and Croatian. Near the museum there is a belvedere as well as a village cemetery and several churches which used to belong to the convent, now long gone, with no remnants left.
In Pucisca you can visit the famous stone mason workshop and school. Did you know that the White House is made of Brac marble?
In Povlja don't miss to visit the ruins of the old Christian basilica where the "POVLJA DOCUMENT", the oldest document written in Croatian language, was found.
The island of Brac has a total area of 395 km2 is the third largest island in the Adriatic.
If you are into sports you should try out Aldura Sports day activities which included sea-kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, rock-climbing and mountain biking on the island of Brac, as well as a vast number of other outdoor sports.

Directions
Easiest way to reach us is to fly to Split. Easy jet, Croatia Airlines, Wizz Air, Norwegian Airlines, Air Monarch, Fly Thompson all have direct flights to Split, flight is around 2 hours.
When you land, as soon as you exit the airport, you will see a Croatia Airlines bus. You need to take that bus to the centre of Split. Takes around 30 min and a ticket cost 5E or 30 KN. Once in Split, bus will leave you at the main bus terminal, right opposite the bus terminal you will see the ferry port. You can't miss it. It's only 200 meters from the bus terminal, big, square building with blue, neon sign that says Jadrolinija. That's where you buy the ferry ticket to island Brac, Supetar. It takes 45 min and cost 5E or 30KN. Ferry usually leaves from dock 20, however, it will be printed on the ticket and they will tell you when they sell you the ticket. Ferries go on the hour every hour, from 6am - midnight. Someone will wait for you in Supetar to take you to the apartment.
