    Description

    Heating, air-conditioning, laundry and cleaning costs are included in the price.

    There is air-conditioning and heating in all living/bedrooms.

    There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

    The kitchen has a cooker/oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, pots pans and cutlery etc.

    The living room has a large dining table which seats 12 when fully extended.
    There is a double sofabed and 2 single sofabeds. I additionally provide 2 child cots (0 - 3 years old).

    The main bedroom has a lockable safe.

    There are fantastic views from the fifth floor terrace.

    There are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby, including a chemist, 2 banks, 2 fitness centres and a mini supermarket selling essentials.

    In the building basement is the secure designated underground parking space.
    There is a bus stop outside to Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara.

    Location description

    The apartment is located in the La Campana area of Nueva Andalucia.
    The area has various shops, restaurants and bars.
    There are many golf courses nearby of varying difficulty.
    There is a good bus service to Puerto Banus (change for Marbella) and San Pedro de Alcantara.
    A taxi rank is a 2 minute walk away.
    It is a mainly Spanish area and families are predominant.

    Other activities

    The local weekly 'flea' markets in Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara, which also sell fruit and vegetables and are worth visiting.

    Local events

    STARLITE FESTIVAL 2024 will take place at the Cantera de Nagüeles in Marbella between 14th June and late August or early September. Eight auditorium concerts were announced in November 2023 for the summer of 2024, including international artists such as Sheryl Crow, Mike Towers, Camilo, Christian Nodal, Take That, Diana Krall and Sara Baras. Other, mainly national artists are now being announced on a weekly basis. Last year the full line-up of 56 artists was completed in early May.
    Tickets will be available for various dates through reputable agencies.
    Reggaeton Beach festival 6 + 7 July 2024. San Pedro de Alcantara/Marbella.
    Additionally, the grand processions of Christmas and the 3 Kings on 6 January are stand out annual events.
    A trip to one of the local 'flea' markets are high on people's things to do.

    Tourist attractions

    Puerto Banus marina and it's boats of all shapes and sizes and a trip to the old town of Marbella is worth visiting. Further afield in Granada, the Alhambra Palaces are highly recommend (200 Kms away).

    Directions

    From Malaga Airport.
    Head southwest on the N332 towards Torremolinos in the direction of Algeciras and Cadiz.
    Take the E15/AP7 motorway towards Algeciras, which is the fastest and much the safest route, although the toll is fairly expensive at about €8.00.
    You would be advised not to use the N340, as accidents occur fairly frequently in summer, so long delays are possible.

    Airport transfers can be arranged by prior appointment.
    There is a bus service which runs between Malaga airport and Marbella bus station, but it is HIGHLY ADVISABLE TO PRE-BOOK tickets. Avanza/Portillo operates it. It is direct and non-stop. Journey time is 45 mins. Tickets can be purchased online (up to one week before) or purchased at the kiosk outside Malaga airport arrivals hall at the bus station ticket kiosk. Luggage is conveniently placed in the luggage compartment under the bus. There is no late service from Malaga Airport (last bus 22.45), so if your plane does not arrive in time for the last bus, you will need either book a transfer, take a taxi, or stay in a hotel near the airport.

    In the summer there is usually a bus around midnight.

    There are overhead fans in the bedrooms and living/dining room. Also 3 separate portable fans.
    High speed fibre optic WiFi throughout (c.560mbps).
    There are 2 hairdriers.
    Bicycles are available to rent by the day or longer from a shop nearby.
    We can arrange airport transfers using a reputable and legal company.
    Car hire can be arranged and baby-sitters can be suggested.

    There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room, which streams most UK TV channels from news to films, sports, documentaries, soaps etc + FREE Netflix.

    The dining table is set for 6 - 8 people, but when fully extended will seat up to 12.
    The high chair is free of charge.

    The terrace has a small foldup table, 3 chairs and 4 stools.
    The swimming pool is open in summer months from 9am till 9pm.

    The underground secure parking is a designated space and is included in the rental price.
    A car is not essential but it is useful, as there is a good bus service (L4) to Puerto Banus (change bus for Marbella) and San Pedro de Alcantara.

    Extra cleaning, towels, sheets and pillowcases are available for a charge.
    Price includes free beach towels.

    Rates overlapping different weeks will be calculated per day pro rata.

    Payment: By bank transfer to UK Bank account. 50% on booking and the balance a minimum of 7 working days before arrival.

    There is a damages deposit in cash of 200.00 euros, which is payable to my colleague, for which he will give you a receipt.
    If the apartment is returned in good condition, the whole amount will be returned to you.
    If there are damages or other problems, a proportion of it will be deducted to pay for them.
