Description
There are 3 apartments, NELLO, ROSINA and GUIDO in the first guesthouse, and other 2 in the second one: LINA and EUGENIO. (The names are those of former workers in our farm.)
EUGENIO is the smallest apartment: one bedroom, one sofa bed; all the others have two bedrooms (one double-bed-room, one two-single-beds room) and a sofa bed in the living room, so they can sleep up to 6. LINA and ROSINA have an extra single bed in the double-bed-room, so max. 7 guests can be accommodated.
Settings and comfort are the same in all apartments (this is why the photos show a mix of them) - you will feel at home. Children will love our animals, specially the jennies.
Farm product (milk, cheese, meat, ham, sausages, salamis, olives, honey and more) are for sale in our farm shop.
Garden furniture is provided and can be arranged in the courtyard or in our garden.
Lucca is a wonderful old town, and the surroundings offer a wide range of landscapes: hills, mountains and seaside.

Location description
Cars can be hired at the airport or in Lucca.
Other activities
Seaside can be reached in half an hour, mountains in a minimum of one hour. Both offer a wide range of activities. Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena and a lot of other places meet cultural demands.
Local events
Flower market related to the Santa Zita festivity, end of April. Historical crossbow shooting for S. Paolino, patron saint of Lucca, July 12th. International Summer Festival, July. Puccini Festival at Torre del Lago, July and August. "Luminara" procession, September 13th. Lucca Comics and Games, last weekend of October. Antique market, once a month. Lots of concerts all over the year.
Tourist attractions
Lucca in itself, specially for the renaissance walls, complete extant. Wonderful view over the town and the landscape from the towers Torre Guinigi and Torre delle Ore. Romanic churches, museums, Puccini's birthplace.
Directions
Next airports and train and bus station are indicated. There are two exits for Lucca along the A 11 highway between Florence and Pisa: Lucca Est and Lucca Ovest (east and west), both are good, Lucca Ovest is a bit closer to our place. Precise instructions of how to arrive by car are sent on booking.

The basis of our tariffs is the week. For shorter periods we would like to make you an offer: Contact us!
No deposit, no charges, except cot (30 € / week), dog (50 € / week) and heating (10 € / day).
A booking becomes valid by deposit of 20%. The balance is payable on arrival.
For Christmas / New Year and the week of "Lucca Comics & Games" (late October / early November) these rates do not apply: offer on request.
