Description
BEACH HUT APARTMENT is one of 2 luxury holiday apartments and is situated in the beautiful, Victorian, seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales Coast. We are in a beautiful, tree-lined road - known as the "garden of Llandudno" situated on the level and within a few minutes walk from beach, promenade, all shops and restaurants, theatre, train station and bus station.
The apartment is decorated on a beach and maritime theme and is newly decorated and furnished for 2014. The apartment comprises of entrance hall, spacious kitchen/diner/lounge with fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric full size oven, retro fridge, toaster and kettle, and dining area with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfy sofa bed with flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player with selection of DVDs and occasional furniture. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps and wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room off the bedroom.
There is a beautiful garden area with garden furniture for your enjoyment. FREE WIFI throughout apartment

Location description
Llandudno is a beautiful, Victorian seaside town situated on the lovely North Wales Coast and has the best of both worlds with a lovely coastline with Victorian Pier, beach and promenade yet has the Great Orme Mountain with country park, jutting out into the sea which is five minutes drive and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Llandudno. The Heritage Victorian Tramway also takes you to the top of the Great Orme from the centre of Llandudno. The Cabin Lift will also take you to the top from Happy Valley gardens in Llandudno.
Llandudno has an abundance of independent shops with a sprinkling of high street shops as well. There are also excellent places to eat ranging from national chains to independent local cafes and restaurants which are first class.
Accessible from Llandudno is the Snowdonia Mountain Range and Conwy Valley which has stunning scenery to compete with anywhere in the world. There is a regular bus service and trains from Llandudno and is roughly 30 minutes drive in the car.
The medievil city of Conwy is a 10 minute drive away or a leisurely 1 hour walk with its castle and historic houses and is well worth a visit.

Directions
If coming by train - the train station is only a few minutes walk from our apartments so you will not need a taxi unless walking is difficult for you. Turn left out of the train station and walk a few yards to the traffic lights and crossroads, turn left here into Trinity Avenue, carry on along Trinity Avenue and take your3rd right into St. Davids Road - carry on until you come to Claremont Road and you will find Claremont House Holiday apartments on your right on the junction of St. Davids Road and Claremont Road.
If coming by car - you will come into Wales on the A55 dual carriageway - take the A470 turnoff for Llandudno and follow the signs for Llandudno and then Llandudno Town Centre. As you pass Asda on your left keep in the right hand lane for town centre. You will now enter Mostyn Street which is the main shopping street for Llandudno. Take the 2nd left turning off Mostyn Street into Lloyd Street -(there is the HSBC bank on one corner and Nat West Bank on the other). Carry on along Lloyd Street and take your 3rd left turning into St. Davids Road. Carry on for 1 block and you will find Claremont House on the corner of St. David's Road and Claremont Road.
