Large detached former pub / restaurant that has been renovated and designed to a very high standard. The whole spacious ground floor is one large holiday let that can sleep up to 10 people, perfect for large families or groups. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus WC, large living /dining room. Hot Tub Spa for six. The property is centrally heated and addition of a log fire and broadband available for free on WiFi and access via ethernet points.
The large open plan area with a games room at the centre, is ideal for families groups (see the floor plan). 180 square metres (1,937 square feet). Everybody is together, you can, see chat whether your in the kitchen living room or games room. Sit by the log burner watching TV, you can see the children (and adults) in the games room. You can be sat at the bar in the kitchen or cooking and still included in the fun. Walk straight out into the fenced in garden area with your pets to eat outdoors, sunbathe.
Hot Tub Spa seats 5 and one lounger. seats a maximum of SIX. Fountains, waterfall and jets. There are Lights in the Hot Tub and outside. Bluetooth Speakers

Guests have access to the whole ground floor which is self contained (own entrances). It has a large open plan area with a games room at the centre, perfect for family fun. Two large bathrooms with walk in showers. There is a large car park area for residents to park easily up to six cars. There is garden terrace area for eating outside, BBQ (gas), sun bathing or just sitting out with a coffee. There is free superfast broadband access on Wi Fi and plug into ethernet ports.
In a area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are views over the Welsh countryside, in a village location, village community shop and caf. Easy road access to Mountain Bike Centre, Horseshoe pass, Llangollen, Chester, Bala, Snowdonia National Park.

The provisions to occupy the children were a winner such as pool table, consoles, you get childrens books and toys. We didn't get to use the BBQ or log fire due to the weather being wet and warm but these are lovely facilities all the same. So much thought has gone into making your stay seamless such as the laminated instructions for the utilities and the explanations about the waste disposal bins etc. We were greeted with Welsh cakes, wine, bread, butter and more and the walk around to explain the property was very helpful. I would wholly recommend this property and would be happy to return. I found the landlords to be incredibly responsive to messages and very pleasant upon interaction. The local visitor attractions were excellent and the provision of leaflets about these were a nice touch.

Paul and Andrea are super hosts, always maintained good communication before the trip and ensured that our check in was personally handled. He has invested a great deal of attention in renovating it to holiday standard. Kid and childlike adults remained hooked to the Games room. The open plan living dining and kitchen were great for all friends to have a laugh. We all had a good time with friends and family. The garden has a picture perfect view of the countryside and good for barbeque and drinks.. Thank you Paul and Andrea for the lovely days spent at the accommodation.

The house is kept to an immaculate condition. It is very clean and Paul takes the time to welcome you and show you around the property. The welcome pack is a nice and thoughtful touch when arriving. The games room kept the children throughly entertained all weekend and they didn't want to leave ! I would definitely recommend staying here for a short break as there are lots of attractions and things to do for families nearby.

This property is amazing and it provides everything anyone would wish for. The facilities are fantastic and the games room, Xbox, Wiii, and the wide range of other games and toys kept us all occupied throughout our stay. We had a brilliant traditional Christmas and the real log fire was a real treat. There is loads of room in the property and the photographs dont do it justice. We were amazed at how much space we all had to enjoy our time together. It was such a treat and I would recommend this property to anyone. It was truly fantastic. We booked from Friday to Monday at Paul's place, the pictures really don't do any justification... as soon as each person walked in each of us said "Wow" it really is beautiful the children had so much to keep them occupied I loved how we was all on one level but not on top of one another. The games room was a massive hit with the children (and adults)!! the beds are comfy and its lovely and clean. Julie the cleaner is lovely and was always on hand Paul & Andrea were fantastic and nothing was to much for them we will definitely be back one of the best places we've stayed and we've stayed at many! Thanks again!!

We were welcomed by Paul who went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable. He has been In contact with us beforehand to provide some guidance which was helpful..The house is well stocked with everything that we would need and then some more! Little thoughtful touches such as some nice coffee for us to make, cakes and even some wine made us feel well looked after. A great BBQ and log fire were fun to use. Great location for trips to Llangollen and Horseshoe Falls. We finally managed to drag the teenagers away from the Xboxes and pool table and we had a great time fishing locally too. The one that got away was massive!! We had everything that we could and would need around the place. Highly recommend a stay here.

We throughly enjoyed our time here. The house is huge, spacious and has so many activities you will struggle to be bored. The football and pool tables were used all day every day. The outside area is also nice and spacious with good views. Paul was a great host who provided us with detailed information on the area and things to do. We didn't make use of this due to wanting to just relax but their website has everything on it. The pictures are so accurate that I almost didn't need a tour when I arrived but it again was a nice touch. Thank you for having us.

Weve just returned from a 4 night stay and we had a great time! Were a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children (ages 13 & 10) and the real highlight of the holiday was the games room, with Xbox, Nintendo wii, pool table, table top football, bingo, giant Jenga, the list goes on!! The hot tub was a bonus! We all loved a chill in there, playing our music through the Bluetooth speakers or watching tv, what a great set up! The hot tub was checked over every day too which was great! Paul and Andrea the hosts were great, always there if you needed to contact them. Just be aware that the accommodation is located on a very busy road so if you have small children or are thinking of bringing dogs, just bear this in mind. All in all a great holiday let for a holiday in Wales!

First of all I just wanted to say that your property is amazing... so unique and beautiful. You really have thought of everything and that doesn't go unnoticed. We really were touched that you left us some groceries, we all said how kind of them. I also loved seeing the history of the place and thought the canvases of various places in Wales was a lovely touch.
The bedroom i slept in with the 3 beds was absolutely gorgeous and whoever designed the inside of your house, they really are talented. The room was so lovely and cool and the beds and bedding were really comfortable.
I loved the hot tub and pool table! I'm also a gamer.. I didn't have much time to game but thought it was awesome!
I am an NHS worker and I've shown my colleagues where we stayed and left one of your business cards in the staff room.
I will also love to come back again!!!
Not only do you have a lovely house but you live in a beautiful place. This is the second time I've been to Wales and it absolutely takes my breath away. I'm half Italian and I also have Spanish family.... I've seen some beautiful Mediterranean beaches ... but Newborough beach in Anglesey is just spectacular. I've been there before, and stumbled upon it accidently. I had to come back.
