Description
This is a unique apartment on the spacious ground floor of a detached villa in a quiet residential area with panoramic mountain and sea views.
There are paved terraces with floral gardens surrounding the villa, a large solar heated swimming pool with a water slide directly in the front of the appartment and a built in barbecue, dining and entertainment area to the rear .
The interior is cool, light and airy, featuring French doors from the living room and bedrooms which open straight out onto the covered terraces.
Beaches, shops, supermarkets, local restaurants, L'Escala village, the port and Marina are but a short drive or 10-15 minute walk away, making this a great location for a quiet getaway or family holiday.
The pool is available from 1st May to 31st September (outside these times by prior arrangement only) and is for the sole use of the villa. It is 1 metre deep at the shallow end and only suitable for very young children if supervised.
There is a gated entrance and driveway / 12 x 4m Swimming Pool with Solar Heating and a Water Slide / Poolside Fresh Water Shower Sun loungers and parasols / Brick built charcoal barbecue with built in preparation area and seating / Several washing lines. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels supplied / Beach towels may be hired.
Double glazing throughout.
A Cot can be provided on request. Pets may be considered out of season. The owners sometimes stay on the first floor which is not let out and may share the pool and BBQ

Lovely place to relax
We had a really lovely holiday here in the apartment. It was lovely and clean, well resourced and a beautiful neighbourhood in which to spend time. The views from the villa are lovely and provided a lovely environment in which to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool is a great size and well maintained...we had lots of fun in it. This makes a great place for a family holiday.

Wonderful villa
Lovely villa, peaceful location, great outside space, great size pool. Plenty of room inside for 4 people. Bath and separate shower a bonus. 2 beaches within 15 minute walk from villa. Plenty of shops and restaurants locally. Wifi was an added bonus for emails and whatsapp. Would not hesitate to book this villa again.
