Description
Our apartment is on the ground floor within a small chalet of 7 apartments which overlooks various mountain ranges (Beauregard, L'Etale and L'Aiguille).
It is situated 500m from the nearest blue and green slope and a 10 minute walk to two restaurant/bars, one being 'La Ferme', which is a favourite for locals and tourists alike and the 'Le Vieux Chalet', a 4 star restaurant.
The centre of the village is around 1.5km away. There is a ski bus stop 70m from the apartment accessing two different routes, one taking you to L'Etale telemix in 4 minutes, the other taking you into the village . There is a further ski bus stop at approx 150m which is on a further two routes accessing La Croix Fry and other parts of La Clusaz's 220km ski area
Our apartment is very clean and comfortable for 4 people. It has recently been refurbished and is equipped to a high standard with the aim of ensuring that you and your family enjoy your holiday.
The living/dining area has a double sofa bed and the entrance hall has sturdy twin bunk beds (fine for adults) giving two separate sleeping areas. There is under-floor heating and the chalet is maintained by a local property company.
The terrace has mountain views and is west facing, perfect for a sunny afternoon post-ski!
There is a HD FlatScreen TV (24"), European Satellite TV reception (including UK channels via Freesat), DVD player, CD/Radio Hi-Fi System and a selection of board games for the family.
