Description
My two-bedroom apartment is located on the Paloma complex in Kissonerga (between Paphos and Coral Bay). It's a small, quiet, very well-maintained complex of just 15 apartments, with a lovely swimming pool and garden area. The sea views are great and on the walk down to Vardas Beach (just 500m away) you’ll see plenty of banana trees.
My apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard, fully air-conditioned and looks out over the blue waters of the Med. There's a huge balcony (33ft x 11ft) that's perfect for sunbathing, eating out or just chilling out.
It's a tranquil location, perfect for mature couples/friends who are looking for a relaxing getaway. Sitting on the balcony gazing at the sea soon becomes addictive! Families are welcome too (children aged 8 years+).

HERE'S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
FREE WiFi for guests, plus TV with an extensive selection of UK channels and recent films.
BALCONY: The massive 33ft by 11ft terracotta-tiled balcony runs the entire length of the apartment (you can step out onto the balcony from the sitting room and both bedrooms). The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and garden, and offers lovely views of the Med. A dining table and four chairs, sun umbrella and four loungers for sunbathing on the balcony are provided.
BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 has a king-size (5-foot) bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes offering plenty of hanging space/hangers, plus three drawers. A hair-dryer is provided in each room.
BATHROOM: Large, beautifully tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower, plus storage for your toiletries.
KITCHEN: Washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, cool bags with ice blocks to take to the beach. Iron and ironing board. For your peace of mind, there's a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
LIVING ROOM: Open-plan lounge area with two 2-seater settees, free WiFi, TV with wide choice of UK channels, radio, board games, playing cards and paperbacks. There's a dining table that opens out to seat four people, but unless you’re staying during the winter you’ll want to eat all your meals out on the balcony.
TOWELS/CLEANING: Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and are changed weekly for bookings of two weeks or more. Beach towels are not supplied - please remember to pack your own. The apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is allowed outdoors on the balcony.

Location description
Kissonerga is very conveniently located - under 10 mins drive to the tourist area of Paphos, even less to the very popular Coral Bay beach. There's also a regular bus service to both places, with a bus stop just 400m away.
Vardas Beach, which has sun loungers, umbrellas and a very nice beach-side restaurant, is just 500 metres away.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Kissonerga village, which has a supermarket, restaurants – Kambana, Julie's, Melios kebab house, The Village Inn and Tweedie's – and a pharmacy. There are many more restaurants and bars within walking distance on the coastal road.
Hiring a car is recommended for those who prefer not to walk uphill to the apartment from Vardas Beach or the bus stop, and for those who want to explore all that Cyprus has to offer. Nearby places to visit are the fishing port of Agios Georgios, the monastery of Agios Neofytos and Lemba village. Further afield, head to Polis, Latchi and Baths of Aphrodite. A jeep safari of the Akamas Peninsula is great fun too. A drive up to the pineclad Troodos Mountains is recommended – scenic villages include Lania, Omodos and Kakopetria.
Directions
All guests will be supplied with directions on how to find the apartment when driving from Paphos airport. The apartment is approx 25 minutes' drive from the airport.
Alternatively, I can arrange for a taxi to collect you (fare payable directly to the driver - currently 35 euros).

Deposit/Booking Notes
All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is by bank transfer into my UK account. A non-refundable deposit of Ł100 is needed to secure your booking.
The balance of the rental (plus a returnable damages deposit of Ł100) is due two months before the start of your holiday. I'll send an e-mail to remind you. It is a condition of booking that all guests need to have comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellation.
I welcome families but please note that children must be aged 8 years or older.
