Description
200 meters from a stone beach, this villa is in a wonderful 2000 square metre garden. It offers beautiful views of Eolie Islands, that you can reach from Tropea port at 20km distance. All around beautiful countryside of olive and almond trees. The interior is decorated in a simple but accurate style.
On the ground floor is a comfortable apartment for 8 people: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large porch with cooking and relaxing area that opens directly onto the garden.
On the first floor a smaller apartment for 2/3people: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen with a single sofabed. At last, also on ground floor, but with an independant entrance, a double bedroom with private bathroom. The latter can be rented as Bed&Breakfast or can be rented with the bigger apartment for 10 people respectively or with the smaller apartment for 5 people respectively.

Location description
Last part of the Italian Peninsula, Calabria Is a region rich in History, traditions, landscapes of incomparable beauty. Long white beaches alternating with cliffs and rocks that plunge into the crystal clear waters of the Ionian and Tirrenian seas around the two East and West nearly 800 km coast line.
Scents of bergamot, lemon and orange alternating scented chestnut, pine and fir trees that grow naturally in the mountains of Pollino, Sila, Serre and Aspromonte.
Joppolo is a very small village in the "costa viola" very close to the most beautiful beaches of Calabry: Tropea and Capo Vaticano, but you can also make beautiful walks in the near mountain "Monte poro". It Is a very peaceful and relaxing place for and you will feel truly "away from it all". At 18 km golf course.
