We are located in the hills in beautiful countryside a perfect location for a relaxing holiday with easy access to Rome by train or highway to Montecassino. Pompeii and the Mediterranean coast.
The town of Fiuggi is situated about 60 km south of Rome in the heart of the beautiful Ernici Mountains with green valleys and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, more than half the municipal territory of Fiuggi is made up of woods.
An ideal center for beautiful and interesting excursions, the entire area has appealing natural landscapes, cultural and archaeological sites to explore and discover, medieval churches and monasteries, castles and Roman villas.
Fiuggi Cittŕ’ is a medieval fortified village, which was around even before Roman times; it is on the hilltop with narrow streets and hidden restaurants. Visitors to the old town centre can discover the charm of this historic village, with small palaces, houses for craftsmen, shepherds and farmers, churches, small squares and alleyways as they were in the sixteenth century.
Fiuggi Fonte in the valley, is where the famous Spa is located is a lovely pleasant modern town streets sided by modern hotels, fashionable boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, auctions, and outdoor cafés ice cream parlors.
After a day of sightseeing relax and mix with the locals in the evening, during the summer months, Fiuggi offers a variety of festivals, concerts, and sporting events often ending in firework displays.
Villa Marta is our family home we have two independent apartments each sleeping 4 people.
The apartments can be rented separately or together if you want a holiday in the Rome area shared with friends or relatives.
Both apartments are bright and spacious and includes all the facilities and equipment needed for a comfortable stay.

The second floor apartment has windows opening onto balconies facing south and west with a great view of our garden, the valley and the town below.
The ground floor apartment is popular with families as it has direct access to the garden.
Relax in our beautiful garden which has various fruit trees - grape vines - olives - vegetable garden garden furniture - loungers - Gazebo.
Sit back in the sunshine and improve your tan or relax under a shady olive tree enjoy the view of the countryside, distant mountains and the town below.
Our guests love the Gazebo for meals al fresco with a BBQ. or a take-away pizza and a bottle of local wine.
Private parking in the grounds with a remote-controlled gate.
Our guests find it reassuring that we are on hand if they need help or advice on where to shop, where to eat, where to go and how to get there, what not to miss and also what to avoid ! we can offer advice maps and timetables.
