Description
Private family guest house offering 2 self catering apartments in Filzmoos. There is also the facilitiy for bed and breakfast. Haus Lowe is located next to the Grossberg 4 man chair lift where you can ski in and out from the house. The ski hire shops, ski schools, nursery slope and Papageno Gondola are just a few minutes walk from the house.
Haus Lowe is a brand new private guest house built in December 2004. There are two self catering apartments (50m2 each) sleeping upto 4 people, with private en-suite facilities, fully fitted kitchen, table and chairs, 1 separate double bedroom, two single beds and sofa in the living area. Both apartments also have balconies.
We also have three twin bedded rooms and two three bedded rooms on a bed and breakfast basis, all with private en-suite facilities. Each bedroom is equipped with a television including cable TV, hairdryer and a radio alarm clock. Some rooms have a balcony.
Other facilities include a private bar for house guests, heated ski room and private parking.
Wi-Fi internet service available.
Catering is based on self catering for the apartments
Return airport transfers from Salzburg airport are available in our own minibus - prices on request.
Please note that for Winter 2009.2010 Haus Lowe will have be converted into all self catering apartments.

Location description
Filzmoos is primarily a ski resort which forms part of the Ski Amade Region with 860km of piste and 270 lifts, all on one ski pass.
The international world cup resorts of Flachau, Zauchensee and Schladming are from 15 to 25 minutes drive away.
Filzmoos is also the perfect place for walking, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, horse riding and fishing and in addition are available with professional local guides if required.

How to Reach us from Salzburg by:
By Car
On arrival at Salzburg airport the car hire terminal is across the road directly opposite the main airport door. After collecting your hire car, please use the following as a guide to reaching us.
Leave Salzburg airport bearing left at the end of the car hire terminal and follow the road to the traffic lights. Follow the A10 autobahn signs to Villach, passing over a couple of roundabouts and join the slip road to the right directly after passing under the bridge. Continue down the A10 for approximately 35 minutes and take the exit signposted Eben (directly after the Landzeit service station). Turn left at the bottom of the slip road and take your first left again signposted Filzmoos 11km. Continue on this road directly into Filzmoos. As you enter the village, Haus Lowe is on the left hand side just before the Grossberg chairlift.

When driving on the Austrian motorways you will require a ‘Vignette’ which can be purchased at the motorway service stations before entering Austria and costs approximately 8 Euros for 10 days. This needs to be displayed in your windscreen. These are usually already supplied on hire cars from Salzburg airport, but please check before leaving.
