    Description

    Owner since 2005; My private Mar Azul resort apartment is of a very high the high quality. It is elegantly designed in the attractive Mediterranean style. The apartment features spacious 2 bedrooms and generous lounge area, along with 2 marble bathrooms (with under-floor heating, and a large en-suite), a large kitchen area to provide self catering which has all the modern appliances fitted, and generously-proportioned terrace which overlooks exotic gardens, the infinity pool and the Mediterranean sea beyond . . .

    There is an excellent 6-seat dining and seating area. The apartment sleeps up to 4-5 people - however I can arrange for a 3rd single bed that would allow for an additional person to sleep in complete comfort. The apartment receives the full share of the sun with great ocean views. The lounge area and the master bedroom offer lovely views and both lead to the private terrace area. There is adjustable lighting to help create that perfect ambience.

    Location description

    The location offers excellent transport links by car or bus to Estepona town centre, Puerto Banus and Marbella with the bus stop positioned outside the resort entrance. The local Carrefour supermarket is only a few minutes drive away.
    My apartment in this resort encompasses two privately-owned apartment wings embracing a magnificent infinity pool, stretching out southwards to the sea. The apartment is part of a complex, so guest enter through the grand entrance hall, and are encouraged to avail themselves of the reception area, lounges, spa (gym and sauna) and a large terrace overlooking superbly-manicured subtropical gardens and pools. Of course there are excellent views of the sea. The spa (gym and sauna) and the bar and restaurant open during peak season.

    Beach club and water activities available during peal season, all within walking distance.

    Directions

    From Malaga Airport: Drive slowly away from the airport following the signs for the E15/N340 road to Cadiz. You eventually take the A7 (this runs parallel to the coast line all the way to Estepona) or take the toll road AP7 (which is slightly quicker if there is peak traffic).
    Mar Azul Resort is next to the Kempinski Hotel so take this entrance into the resort and collect your keys to the apartment from the hotel reception who will be expecting you and will show you to your apartment.

    A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking which is fully refundable up to 4 weeks before your holiday.
    Payment can be made by bank transfer or by Paypal +2% card fee.
    Please note the only additional charge is 22.50 for key collection and return ( this is what the management service charge me for every guest check-in/out.)
    A fully refundable damage deposit of 200 is payable.
    A discounted rate can be offered for stays longer than 3 weeks.
